Then, after wasting hours trying to figure this out, I find an actual post on Best Buy's website from Samsung stating that "The TU690T does not have voice assistancts build in". Is it just me that is confused?

Absolute Garbage

The display has lines across the screen. There is no way to adjust the image to make them go away. We've spent hours on the phone trying to get through to someone who could help resolve the issue and been met with nothing but ridiculous hold times, useless representatives, and empty promises about calls back with answers. Don't wait your money or your time. Consider purchasing elsewhere too. It's hard to imagine a retailer or etailer with worse customer service
