I purchased this TV after struggling for a few years with a 28 inch set that served us well until the screen started to darken in several areas. This larger TV is easy to use and is good for hard of hearing people. Bluetooth works very well with earbuds. Channel guide is easy to read.

Delivered exactly as scheduled. The setup (automated) worked smoothly, absolutely no issues, it asked for the WiFi password and connected immediately. I have purchased also an indoor antena and the TV founded the local (RF) stations and the set of free channels delivered by Samsung via internet. Many channels, many options (news, documentaries, music, film) with this and an on demand subscription you do not need cable. It has the standard apps for premium programs. I connected a MacBook (screen mirroring) and a Lenovo (display -> wireless display) very easily.

Great TV for the price! Clear picture and easy access to all steaming apps. Very happy with this model.

Excellent buy. Great picture. Was gonna settle for a 50 inch smart tv buy saw such a buy on the 55 inch. I just had to have it. I enjoy the setup already programmed in the tv. Easy to maneuver with the remote that came with the set.

I am very satisfied with my purchase of Samsung 55 inches TV which I bought from Best Buy Store in Everett in Washington State. I never expected that Best Buy can allow you to extend time to collect the purchased item from their store when you are not yet ready to pick it up. I was impressed for that. The price was just right, excellent and I purchased it in time. The personnel assistance when you are in store is marvelous. I have made recommendations to my friends and family to be checking first at Best Buy before purchasing electronic items before deciding to go to other stores. Best Buy, keep it up with your impressive customer services.

TV is great. Super easy installation with a great picture. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is I’m not a huge fan of the remote. It is just us more complicated than it needs to be. It’s more of an old school remote as opposed to the more Apple TV styles ones we see a lot now. It also has a bit of a lag to it, which can be frustrating

Picture is crisp only thing I’m not afan of is that the remote is laggy but speakers are great and its a smart tv with beautiful image

Is a very good TV, the bright, colors, sound all quite impressive. I don't enjoy 100% the Tizen TV flow but it is ok. Due to price/quality it is truly recommended! And it is so simple to install! I really loved that.

great quality for the price and the setup was super easy. also having numbers on the remote of a smart tv is a plus as purchased for elderly relative and it made it way easy for them to be able to change the channel like they were used to!

Needed a TV for my bedroom. This was a great choice. The picture and volume are very nice. Love the additional functions with the apps and being able to control it with my Alexa device. Highly recommended for ease abuse.

Really nice TV! I was excited coming from a plasma TV what this TV had in store for me. It is a very nice led panel with crisp motions, reignited my love for tvs again! I really enjoy watching all my shows in 4K the quality is surreal and for this price you can’t beat it. If you’re not trying to break the bank you should for this tv. Samsung also has great customer service and will help resolve any problems you may have pretty quick. When I first got this TV the panel had dead pixels and when I called up Samsung they got it fixed within the same week by brining a whole new screen! Didn’t have to pay a dime. If I had anything to say that wasn’t up to par was of course the sound. Get a good soundbar with this TV and you’ll be blown away.

This TV is so crystal clear and the sound quality is amazing. It doesnt need to be on a high volume and is loud enough to hear clearly. Works great with a bluetooth headset as well. Def recommend this tv!

I bought this TV as replacement for a 7000 series Samsung 58" TV I bought on Halloween 2021. I had also previously bought a 75" TV from this series and when I saw this model on sale I had to take the opportunity. I like its picture and ease of setup. Great value for the money considering its price was close to $100 less than the tv it is replacing

Bought this to replace a 9 yr old Samsung. Picture is much clearer and the smart TV features are much faster. The speakers are not great but with a Samsung soundbar sound quality isn't an issue

Excellent tv! Fantastic picture quality and very easy to navigate between apps while using. My family loves this tv!
