    What a ridiculous set up process! Somewhat disappointed with the picture quality compared to my 16 year old plasma tv. The only good thing about this tv was the price.

    The TV is inoperable and useless. I am disappointed in Samsung and Best Buy. The manufacturer or seller should have discovered any and all defects before selling the item to a customer.

    Found out the screen was cracked when I pulled the TV out of the box. I exchanged it for the larger 65"

    It was damaged, when it was opened, looks like a heavy item fell on the screen. I guess this was from factory.

    REALLY great quality for the price. I love it, I enjoy it! My old TV went black on Saturday night. I can't be without a TV. So I purchased it Saturday night, next day I picked it up in the morning. It was 5 mins pick up process which is amazing. Great experience with Samsung and Best Buy. Thank you.

    The first set I got stop working in a week. No problem exchanging it. The replacement is fine and easy to set up. Because of the issue with the first one I have to give this a three.
