Replaced my fifteen-year-old 47" Visio for the Samsung 55" U8000F for my bedroom. Now i have three Samsung smart TVs and love them all. I'm still learning how to navigate the new one but that shouldn't take long. I'll continue to buy Samsung products

This Tv was very easy to setup. I just plugged in my other devices into it took very little time. I use it with my Laptop as a monitor, to watch movies on my Ultra HD Blu-Ray DVD player, for my Tv service provider and connected it to my internet. I recently downloaded the app for my Tv service and can get rid of their box saving me a little.

This was a warrantee replacement which exceeded my expectations, an upgrade from what I had before. I wasn't a fan of the warranty before, but you never know what can happen, my old TV just stoped turning on one day and just a few months before my expiration date, I'm so happy I purchased the warranty. Now I have a free upgraded and better tv than before.

This is my first smart tv so I am amazed at the clarity of the colors in this 4k technology. I bought this item June 30th so it is really to soon to critique other features. I am a samsung lifer so I am "expecting" this product to last. I rated this product with 4 stars because I "expected" better sound quality for this type of technology and brand.

I bought this Samsung TV after my 10 year old TV went out. I am so happy with my new TV! The color and sound are so much better - it's amazing. The Best Buy associate who told me about this TV is my new hero!

So far it’s been great…very easy to set up, simple user interface. Picture is as expected for the price. The sound lacks a little depth but, for the price of this tv I can spend a little money on a sound bar and it will solve that problem.

This TV has the MOST crystal clear picture quality that I have EVER seen!!! Easy to setup and the associated app and setup assistance made getting started super quick and simple!! If your are looking for a new TV….I would highly recommend taking a look at this beauty!!!!

My 4k TV, 55in, fits in my livingroom space, barely. Great fit and awesome picture and sound. No sound bar needed.

I purchased a 55" Samsung Tv which was delivered on the scheduled date, however the tv was not installed as requested and when techs came to install it , they discovered that the screen had been damaged. So it was reported to Best Buy and they sent out another tv and a tech to install it at no charge. All is good thanks to Best Buy and the Geek Squad. Thank You.

TV picture is excellent, bright vibrant colors !! Setup was easy except TV opened to Samsung +. Had to call Samsung technical support to change this to my cable TV.

I was looking to downsize from my 58" 2016 model Samsung, and this unit fit the bill. I wanted to stay with Samsung due to previous trouble free history. Working great so far, but not a fan of the remote, or the time it takes to switch between channels. So far, I would buy again.

Amazing tv! Had to upgrade as my old one finally went out and I was so amazed by the quality of this. 10/10 recommend
