Great picture

The only thing we weren't happy with was that it only had HDMI hookups but I suppose all new TVs are like that. Because of that we had to also buy a new receiver. All in all we do love the new TV though.

Unexpected Surprise With Warranty

I wasn't a fan of the warranty before, but you never know what can happen, my old TV just stoped turning on one day and just a few months before my expiration date, I'm so happy I purchased the warranty. Now I have a free upgraded and better tv than before.

I can't remember her name but was very kind. And walking through the most professional walk. I had ever been through in my whole life. Convinced with professionalism I had purchased this item only at Best Buy. It goes by its name and professionalism at its finest

55" Samsung Tv and Installation

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased a 55" Samsung Tv which was delivered on the scheduled date, however the tv was not installed as requested and when techs came to install it , they discovered that the screen had been damaged. So it was reported to Best Buy and they sent out another tv and a tech to install it at no charge. All is good thanks to Best Buy and the Geek Squad. Thank You.

Once you get to the right selection in setup the TV does the rest. Ease of use is OK, not the best for working with AT&T cable

New tv remotes suck

Best buy has always been a great place for me to purchase my electronics for 20 plus years. The only complaint i have is with the remote that comes with the new tv's now!! They are too small and don't have enough explained buttons. I Hate using it.
