This is a beautiful television set, with a wide array of features. We noticed an improved picture over our old tv right out of the box when watching broadcasts from our provider, and an even better picture when watching through Samsung TV. The no-gap mount is very nice, and easy to hang the tv on. We added the optional frame, and it looks just like a piece of art hanging on the wall. My wife did not want a gap with a bunch of wires and things visible. Not thrilled with having to buy a subscription to the Art store, but the twenty or so free pieces of art available have been sufficient. The only major issue I have with this TV, and the 75" Frame I purchased later, is when watching 4k shows that are streamed, such as Netflix, Amazon, and even Apple + TV....the picture is dark, and during dark scenes such as night time, or dark interior scenes, I can see almost nothing. Even the at sea scenes in Greyhound on Apple TV were difficult to watch. Internet forums regarding this issue seem to indicate that it is a decoder issue...Samsung using HDR10+ while the streaming networks are using Dolby Vision. Whatever the issue is, it was a serious letdown for a $1500 and $3,000 TV, respectively. I still purchased it, because the wife wanted a no-gap mount and loved the aesthetics of the tv, and as we all know....a happy wife=a happy life :). I'll just watch affected streamed shows on the Sony Bravia it replaced, in another room.

Easy to install and instantly changes your tv to look more like artwork. The beige color is pretty, wish they had more options and they were cheaper so we could change more often.

Looks great for anyone looking for an accessory to go with a mid century modern themed room. The material is flimsy plastic but if attached correctly, it looks awesome

I think this white one and the beige are the best frame colors for the samsung frame TV. It makes them look like pictures. Unless you already have brown or black frames in the room and you want them to match, the lighter colors look the best in my opinion since every other TV on the market has black bezels. Makes it really look like something unique and a perfect piece for above a fireplace

Really sets the TV apart and shows off the special profile that you pay for when purchasing a FrameTV. The standard factory black/gray frame that the TV comes with looks great but still resembles other TVs. Installation took less than 5 minutes and did not require taking the TV off of the wall/mount. The material is plastic and doesn't look amazing when just out of the box but looks very nice once installed.

Got the white frame. It looks fantastic and took just a few minutes to easily attach (no tools needed). Magnets help things snap into the right place. I installed it onto a TV that was already on the wall without any issues.

This frame (Bezel) was simple to snap on and it aligned perfectly. The color is similar to pale, raw wood. I'm very pleased with it. Came fast and was in perfect condition.

Purchased because didn't want a tv hanging on the wall. I put a new screen picture on it all the time. It is so cool

Purchase the white bezel and it's fantastic. Any color other then black makes it look less like a TV hanging on the wall.

The white bezel on the frame TV looks outstanding. I would definitely recommend this bezel and the TV.

Provides just enough distinction between the actual TV and the bezel. If give the choice I would have got a larger size.

The Bezel for The Frame TV is a must. It really enhances the televisions visual aesthetic.

Easy enough to install and makes the frame tv look quite nice. Has a bit of a quirk when installing though which is the only reason I took off a star.

The frame is a bit pricey but there are no alternatives as you have to purchase from Samsung.
