The Frame -- you enjoy art when TV is off

We really enjoy our Frame, having used it about a month. My wife has learned how to select a work of art digitally, alter the matting, and have it displayed when we're not watching the Television. Ours is the 55 inch version with a black frame around the outside. As Best Buy Geek Squad subscribers, we had the team out to do the installation above our fireplace. They not only installed the unit, but provided helpful guidance on using the controls. Overall, we're very pleased -- currently displaying free classic artwork (paintings) provided by SAMSUNG, and/or photographs we have taken over the years. We've shown off the Frame to our AirBnB guests, family, and friends. Overall -- great product if you love art.

Great color, looks like real wood. Awesome addition to the samsung frame. Can be tricky to mount alone onto the Tv. Uses magnetic connection to latch on.

For the money, you can probably get a better screen if the need for an art piece or the flush mount is not important.
BB installers took about 2.5 hrs to install the newer bracket style and there are a few extta holes they drilled into the wall erroneously (thankfully hidden by TV) while lining thigs up.

Arrived broken did not realize that i did not have 30 days to exchange, best buy tried to sell me a membership to complete the return within the 30 days which i refused...then the said they would process the return but I had to talk to the online seller....did not realize i didn't buy from best buy. The seller gave me the runaround blaming best buy and ultimately just said the claim was resolved without doing anything. I had to contest with my bank.

The bezel makes the tv look so finished. It was easy to attach - it’s magnetic and just sticks on.
