I purchased the Best But Total Tech as well. The Frame TV offers the Art Store feature which I believe is unique to this TV. The Geek guys delivered and installed the TV. I am very satisfied with both the TV and the Best Buy team. Thank you all.

Go slow, don't force anything, and you'll be fine. Once it's in place it makes The Frame look so much better. Feels a bit expensive at full price; on sale I was very happy with the value.

From 5+ feet away it does the trick. But its cheap plastic that has gaps in each corner. If i had to do it again i would spend more for a real wood with better fitment.

Thank you for sharing your experience with the customizable bezel. Please see below for further help with installation:
1. Each bezel piece is labeled, so you'll know where to attach them.
2. Line up each piece with the corresponding side of the TV, and then slide them into place. It's usually easier to start with the bottom and top bezel pieces first, and then put on the sides.
3. The bezel pieces are magnetic and will attach instantly. Each piece should be flush once attached. Be sure to use the corner snaps to secure the pieces in place.
4. To remove the bezel, gently hold one piece and slide it off of The Frame TV. Repeat this for all four bezel pieces.
