Great TV for price

The picture quality is amazing and has sufficient HD inputs to meet my needs. The "Smart" functionality of the tv is lackluster, and the microschip that programs this aspect seems slow and underpowered. I have my setup hooked up to a PS4 so this was not a required selling point for me. The picture quality and price were the biggest selling factors for me, and have been great.

This is a Smart TV but it seems to be a dumbed down version. There are certain features that other Samsungs have that this one doesn't. For example. I wanted to use Smart View app from Windows and iOS to control the TV. It doesn't work. Customer service couldn't get it to work. There are a couple of other small things like this. Also, only 2 HDMI ports! I hate using switchers but I have 5 electronics that use HDMI so I have no choice. Any issues that I have with it are outweighed by the price and quality. I don't regret my purchase. Just wish I could do a little more with it.

Very very good but not elite

Overall: if you want a big TV at a good price without going generic this is for you. Just note its size and specs are geared towards games, sports, and bluray movies. These 3 are genuinely beautiful on the big 1080p. Cable watchers and App junkies may want to look elsewhere. It's size makes lack of sharpness on lower quality channels and streams noticeable.Niche product and it fills that niche very well. Could not recommend enough for football season.

Everything works great, and would give 5 stars but for need of more input jacks: HDMI, cable input (rather than for antenna), composite, etc. Also, internet functionality is good but could use a keyboard on back of remote much like on LG.

My other sisters and brothers think it was a wise purchase,,, the tv has such hi brilliance, and can be seen anywhere in the room, mom just loves it!!!

I returned it and a few days later bought this Samsung. It works great looks great and the picture quality is fantastic. Samsung and Time Warner Cable ( Spectrum) teamed up to create an app so that a top box isn't required. What a great thing. Of course you still have to have service from TWC, but now I have two additional Samsungs TV's and don't need two additional top boxes. I'm loving it.
