    We purchased this around Black Friday. We chose to go with the Samsung brand because our former purchases with this brand has been great. For the price we paid, we love it. You also get several channels. we haven't had a chance to go through them all.

    Excellent service and experience inside both stores that I went to get the TV I wanted. I was impressed with everything. I strongly recommend Best Buy! Thank you to the gentleman, h explained all the detail between couple TVs we wanted.

    I have had this tv for less than 3 years and loved it (minus the really bad glare but that’s fairly common). HOWEVER, the last couple of months our tv has struggled to turn on, taking anywhere from 10 seconds to 5 minutes, while it flickers on and off. From what I’ve read online, this is called “power cycling.” We lived with it for a few months and then yesterday when we tried to turn the tv on, it wouldn’t turn on at all. I’ve read every forum and tried everything: changing the batteries in the remote, switching out all of the cables, changing outlets, hard resetting it via the power button, leaving it unplugged, etc. Nothing works! I decided to leave it plugged in today despite not turning on yesterday, just to see how long it would try. It’s been about 10 hours of the tv flickering on and off… safe to say this one is a lemon! So disappointing after less than 2 years. I’ve never had a bad experience with a Samsung until now and I’m really wishing I’d purchased an extended warranty.

      Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 TV. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing a power cycling issue where your TV is turning itself on and off repeatedly.

      Please try a few troubleshooting steps that may help solve the issue:

      1) Check the power cable for damage and proper connection.

      2) If the cable is bent, broken, kinked, pinched, pressed excessively (possibly by a heavy object on top of it) or damaged, this is likely the cause of the issue. Replace the cable.

      3) Unplug the TV from the wall outlet for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in.

      4) If the power cycling allows enough time in between powering on and off, try updating the TV to the latest firmware. There is a risk, however. If the TV turns off during the software update, it could damage the TV. Updates can take up to 30 minutes depending on network speed, so if the TV is not turning off too frequently, try updating the software.

      If the issue persists after these steps, then the TV will likely need service. Please contact us so that we can better investigate your issue and assist you towards a solution.

    we were searching for a new tv as our other tv went out. We read other reviews for this tv and decided to purchase. So far so good, only problem is their so called instructions we very vague. Just look up online and you will be fine.

    It’s a good tv some great features for smart tv but the clarity I was expecting better. Nice to have game mode. Brighter screen would help it some more for clearer quality.

    I’ve always had Samsung and I upgraded to this one because I wanted something with bluetooth and a larger screen. The operating system is worse that previous generations, it’s always lagging and glitching out, and everything takes forever to load. The screen looks great except during the day I could never get it to look as bright as my old one and it always looked too dark during the daytime. I would recommend against this TV because it caused more frustration than anything else and I ended up returning it and keeping my older model

    I’m enjoying this tv. The tv did stop making sound so I went to utube did some troubleshooting. Jus unplugged the tv from the power source and my sound came back on. Thank u Best Buy

    This has all the features a person with need on their Smart TV. It has also a stunning display to look at. I can only say one thing, the person who had delivered our TV was very rude. If the person doesn't want to work there, just quit.

    I am very happy with my purchase. It was very convenient to be able to order on line. It was also nice to be able to go to Best buy walk in and give the order number and within 15 minutes it was delivered to my truck parked in front of store.

    its a very nice tv , happy that it has a bluetooth connectivity.the only problem i would think is the sound volume we get from the tv speaker , which i seems too low.

    The TV broke 1 year and 1/2 a month after purchasing it. (of course the warranty was for 1 year). It kept rebooting continuously without stoping, and also had a horizontal line that seems a problem with the software. The repair was almost the price of a new one, so we decided to buy a new one.

    Bought this in July as a refurbished product. After finally mounting the TV and plugging it in. The TV started to turn off and on randomly. Since it was past the return period, I contacted Samsung and was told that the set was not refurbished by Samsung and would not be covered by the warranty. Now the set is just mounted and unplugged. Not a good experience.

    Love this tv, but you definitely need the sound bar. With it being so thin, the minimal speakers are on the backside. We got the recommended wound bar for this model and it made a huge difference.
