You may select from several Sound Modes and advanced settings to meet your personal preferences. Press the Home button on your remote, and then navigate to Settings > Sound > Sound Mode
You can also customize the sound with Expert Settings. Home > Settings > Sound > Expert Settings.

Great value. Clear picture.

Briefly tried and LG and didn’t like the interface. Samsung continues to make it easier to simply cut the cable and we device free.

Thank you for purchasing the TU7000 TV and for your review. I am very sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your screen randomly going blank. There are a number of reasons this may be happening.
• Cable connection problem: Your Samsung Smart TV is likely to have a black screen issue due to the cable connection problem. Loose connections, damaged cables or inactive power sources are the probable cause of the problem on your TV.
• Sources issue: Moreover, the issue could be caused by the problems associated with the sources such as DVD player, cable box or other external sources. To find out whether the problem is with the sources, press the Menu button on your remote. If the menu appears on the screen of your TV, then the problem is with the sources.
• Inputs setting problem: The black screen issue could be due to the inputs setting problem. Your TV might be set on a wrong input. Ensure that your TV is set to the correct input to avoid this issue.
• Firmware update issue: Your TV screen might be having a black display due to the obsolete firmware. The firmware, therefore, needs to be updated to solve this issue.
• Sleep timer/power saver mode: In cases where your TV randomly goes black, the issue could be due to the sleep timer or energy-saving mode being on. Consider turning them off to see whether the problem is solved.
• Hardware failure: Also, your TV might be displaying a black screen due to the hardware failure. This could be a faulty circuit board, faulty TV panel or faulty LED on TV. For this case, you will need to seek for professional service to have your TV fixed.

Do your Homework

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.As I'm a lover of Samsung Tv's this one replaced a 7 year old 55" Samsung smart tv but the picture on the UHD 58" is not as good especially with darker backgrounds i.e COD night missions very hard to see even when messing with the picture settings and movies and with the lights off so if your looking for a cheaper ish replacement then this one okay but if your looking to entertain I do not recommend.

Nice tv for a bedroom

Broken Tv. I can’t rate it

I took it back to Best Buy and it was refused. I left the TV with Best Buy without refund. My Tv was broken, I opened the box and discovered it was broken. I bough it from Best Buy open box. I am not happy. Tv was left in Best Buy Irving.

Only TWO HDMI Ports

I have a blu-ray player, two video game systems, and cable tv, My older Toshiba tv had 5 or 6 ports. Thank god I don't need a Roku player. Hooking this tv up is complicated and at this point don't know how to do it. Not happy with the set up. I think they assume we all have bluetooth everything. I don't have the latest everything....sorry.
