Some problems

Also maybe a glitch in the programing where Hulu just stops and reverts back to the Samsung menu. Wanted to return it but I am past my return period. Not sure if it's a programing error that's causing this to happen or Hulu. There are times when it freezes and program can't be shown I have to unplug the TV & wait. When I plug it back in it works. Not sure any of this could be fixed

I am very sorry to hear that your hulu app is not working as expected. Please check your network connection. When the network speed is slow, the app may not work, or its image quality may be poor.
You can try cold booting your TV by holding down the power button on your remote for 5+ sec until the TV turns off and on again, deleting and downloading the apps again, and completing full reset of Smart Hub to correct the issue.
Please also check that your TV is running the latest firmware version. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

Samsung - 58" Class 7 Series LED 4K UHD Smart Tize

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just purchased this Samsung - 58" Class 7 Series LED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV about a month ago, and so far I love the picture quality, color, and brightness of this Samsung TV. The Picture is very crisp, clear and colors pop out at you. Even the dark scenes don't wash out and become distorted. I only buy Samsung TV's and even with that I do extensive reviews about every one I have purchased. This TV has had complaints of issues with the picture going out, sound, and problems with the apps not functioning properly. This tv is hooked up to a Desktop, so I will never be using the tv apps unless my PC goes down on me. And being it hooked up to a sound bar, I will never use the tv speaker. In any event that issues do arise, I will definitely be updating my review. Though, so far, I am extremely happy and would recommend this 7 Series.

Delivery company provided excellent service. The television is great, picture is beautiful. After several months we enjoying it a lot with all the features it has. I Would definitely recommend this TV.

It's a great size for my space. The color is very vivid. Easy to use. The sound quality is very good as well. I would definitely recommend this television to everyone that is looking for a similar one in size.

TV aren't made to last anymore.

From the time I receive this TV until about 3 months ago it was a pretty good TV. Picture was really nice. Well now for the last about 3 months I have a black line going across about 2/3 of the way and it is extremely annoying. I guess TV's nowadays are not meant to last. I guess thats why the price on them has gone down so much because they are not meant to last. They are made with cheap parts.

TV makes a popping noise when I change channels

The only issue we seem to be experiencing is that when we go to channels through out cable box the TV makes a popping noise. At first I thought it might of been a defective TV. So we returned it for the same 58 inch Samsung. Mounted the new TV and we are having the same issue. I replaced our cable box with a new one from Verizon and I am still having the same issue. I have a brand new 4k braided hdmi cable as well. I changed the coaxial cable as well with a new one and still having the same issue. Not sure if anyone else has come across this. Can anyone help??

The picture quality is excellent, no matter where you are in the room. And the sound quality is pretty good, though I might recommend adding a soundbar for even better viewing experience

Sound is a little tinny, but that is to be expected for TV speakers. Apps and menu navigation are slow to respond. Not by much, but its noticeable. I use SlingTV as my go-to TV service and have an AirTV which allows OTA HD broadcast stations from a rooftop antenna to be broadcast over wifi and viewable on the Sling app. It is compatible with all TVs and mobile devices in my house EXCEPT Samsung smart TVs. Samsung just chose not to support this on any of their models. WARNING: Like many TVs, it only comes with a 1-yr warranty. I strongly recommend buying the extended warranty. This is my second one. The first one lasted less than 2 years and I had it replaced with my credit card's purchase protection, but I just barely snuck in under the one year extension. I had to get a repair estimate from a TV shop and they told me that all sizes in the Samsung "TU" line are notorious for premature panel failures and that they had a couple in their shop with the same issue. It is not repairable. You just have to toss the TV. You will find plenty of reviews elsewhere that document this. Google "Samsung black screen." I did not buy the extended warranty on this second one. Since it has been less than 15-days and it is still in the box, I will be returning it, due to second thoughts on the AirTV compatibility and concerns about BestBuy's warranty pricing replacement policy. -1 star for awkward menu navigation -1 star for durability and build quality -1 star for incompatibility with SlingTV & AirTV

I love getting on You Tube to watch old TV shows, concerts, etc. and because this is a Smart TV I am able to do this. I didn't have any trouble setting it up which was great.

Great picture and features. I had the Geek Squad do an in-home mounting and install which was free with my Total Tech membership.
