The features we were expecting via the salesman are not there. He assured us that this TV had certain features and it does not. Picture quality is fine, but trying to navigate the apps and set up programming is very difficult. Right now we are going to have a tech come out to look over the setup.

Was probably the nicest one ive owned to date the picture was incredible and the sound even better. Everything was great until after a short period of use the tv started developing thin black lines across the screen and then one day a big black circle in the middle of the screen and the screen went out but can still hear the show playing. Now it turns itself on and off consistently. Left unplugged for a few hours plugged it back in and the screen came back still had the thin lines as before but was once again working. After about another 2 minutes the big black circle appeared and it started to turn itself on and off again very disappointed
