Frustrated
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased a brand new 58" tv and was shocked to find that instead of receiving a pair of right and left legs, I received 2 right legs. I tried to make it work because I was in such denial that this happened. Ultimately, I'm extremely disappointed in the fact that it was closed boxed and that I am having trouble with the return process as well.

Airplay does not work great

It worked for the first couple weeks but now we have to reset the TV back to factory settings in order to get the Airplay to work temporarily. When connecting to settings the screen goes black then times out and says cannot connect due to service interruption.

I am very sorry you are experiencing issues using Apple AirPlay after having used it fine for a few weeks. You may want to check your network connection. Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

Issues with the hdmi

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 and for your review. We appreciate your feedback regarding the slow response time when loading apps on your TV.
To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu.
Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care.
This improves your apps performance as it frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.
We also recommend you check that your TV is running the latest firmware.
Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support. Select Software Update, and then select Update Now. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. If there aren't any new updates, select OK to exit.

Needed a new tv

Welp, that's a goner...

It's been 14 months--2 months past warranty--and it no longer turns on. It started with horizontal lines at the bottom, then just stopped working altogether. I've gone faux techie trying to fix it--Googling the how-tos, unplugging and re-plugging, chatting with bots on the Samsung website... If you get a warranty, this is a great TV while it lasts. But if you factor that warranty into your purchase price, maybe just buy something a little nicer (with a longer shelf life).
