    TV lasted just over 2 yrs before the main control panel died. Had problems with the sound not working several times.

    Picture quality is ok but can definitely tell this is a budget TV. Overall it’s ok what I want to use it for but the functionality of it is awful. Has delayed response when scrolling through menu and my Hulu app always force closes

      I am sorry that you are experiencing issues with your TU7000 4K Smart TV.

      Your TV has several self-diagnosis tools built in that can help solve problems with signal, network, picture, or sound.
      Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care

      It improves your apps performance as it frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.

      You may also want to clear out your TV's temporary storage space by pressing and holding the Power button for 6 seconds until your TV turns off and back on again.

    On the brightest setting, it still seemed really dull. Did not have a high-quality HD feel. It had a bit of a dark halo around the edges. Only TV we've ever returned.
