Very good television and good value. It is easy to set it up. It takes a while to connect to the network. The sound quality is pretty good, too. The speakers are in the back, so we found we didn't need a sound bar. High quality surround sound and sub-woofer are needed. Download the new apps is a little bit challenge. Overall, it is a good tv

Purchased an open box that said it was in excellent shape. Watched the recommended video and began setting it up. The box did not have the legs. Called Best Buy customer service and they said to call the store. Called the store and was connected with customer service. After 4 days, the store called and did send the legs. Without this hassle, it would be a 5 star. Great picture and easy to set up.

Great upgrade for my old 55". Some apps run faster and the picture quality is great. Sound could be better, but I'm comfortable with the trade-off.

Great Tv with an excellent picture and couldn't beat it for the price. It also is good for gaming and the processor keeps up with the games.

I've had the t.v. for a couple months now. So far, so good. It was easy to set up and works great. My only complaint is with the remote control. It is very small so a lot of the buttons are also very smal and nestled in very close to one another which makes using it difficult. I find myself angling my finger just right so I don't accidentally push the wrong button. I wish they would come up with another remote.

We are so happy with this purchase! The tv took forever to be delivered, but it was worth the wait! The picture is spectacular. Football games look 4 dime signal! I feel like I can walk into the screen. The picture is so crisp. It was easy to set up too. The included channels with Samsung TV are a great value. The sound on the tv is spectacular too. I love being able to display video from my phone so seamlessly too. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. The price is worth every penny.
