Perfect size but won't last long
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought mine in April 2019, by May 2020 it had a big bright spot in the lower left corner. Luckily the warranty period was extended because of lockdown. They had to come out 3 times before I got a panel with no problems. From then on light bleeds in from 8 points (4 corners and mid point of corners), Samsung said that's normal. It seems to be going out (when I turned it on it had a wide dim stripe from top to bottom, kinda like old tvs that need to warm up to look right) and I don't know if I should another one. The size is perfect for my bedroom.

We appreciate you for sharing your experience with your TV not displaying properly. You may want to try the following troubleshooting steps:
1. If any external devices are connected, check all input cable connections
2. If the issue persists, define precisely what is wrong with the display. For example, mosaics and blocks, multiple lines or white dots, and fixed horizontal or vertical lines.
3. Try changing channels using the remote control. Is the issue the same on all channels?
4. Press the Home button (looks like a house), select Source, and choose another input source. Is the issue the same on all sources?
5. If the same problem persists, run a diagnostic test. (Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test)
6. If the problem disappears during the test, check your TV signal (Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Signal Information) to check the signal strength. The signal strength must be more than 20 dB (more than 4 bars on the icon) for stable signal reception

Crystal Quality

I mounted my new 58” Samsung TU7000 Crystal UHD TV in my bedroom and now I barely want to leave my room. The device setup was extremely easy. I launched the SmartThings app from my smartphone when prompted and the TV practically set up itself. The configuration music was surprisingly soothing, it reminded me of the tranquil music that plays during a professional massage. The sound is perfect and the picture quality is exceptional. I was a tiny bit disappointed in the design of the remote. With such an innovative TV, I expected a bit more futuristic remote design, not the standard issue Samsung Smart TV remote. I noticed that the buttons are sensitive to the most gentle touch. The volume button was slightly compressed and the TV went from cinema style audio. Nonetheless, I am sincerely impressed with this Samsung TU7000 Crystal UHD TV. To celebrate the arrival of the new UHD TV, we piled into the bed (kids too) and decided to stream a movie on Amazon Prime

New Technology Sucks

The manual is just generic and only online. So far I have not been able to connect my old stereo to this Tv as it only has two hdmi outputs.

It was easy to set up, and I anticipate it will be even better once I am able to exchange my current cable box for one that better supports high definition TVs.

Great TV all around

We replaced an older TV with the Samsung 58 inch 4k and I couldn't be happier!! Not only is the picture quality amazing but it was also packaged great so it had zero damage when I received it. It's also a breeze to get it set up and ready to use with the smart TV features. I have had zero issues with this television. The sound quality is very good. I have issues hearing but I can hear everything on this TV. I love that I can put all the apps that I normally use right on my home screen so I don't need to search everywhere for them. The remote has to be one of the easiest I have ever used. For years I was hesitant on getting a smart TV but I am so glad I decided to take the leap and purchase this TV.

The picture quality puts to shame any TV I Have owned before including my current Samsung in the living room which is our main TV. The design is flawless and streamlined and the audio let's me hear all the nuances I have looked for while enjoying my entertainment experience setup with my apps went very smoothly and was able to start watching my Amazon and Disney Plus within minutes of setting up my Samsung account info. Of course my family is enjoying all the Marvel, Star Wars and Simpsons content available and can't wait until we receive more. If 10 is the best rating I will give this TV an 11. Enough Said! I would also like to give thanks for the opportunity to purchase and review this excellent tv. My video entertainment has never been more fulfilled!

Currently at an electronics shop for assessment to see if repairs are cost effective. At the time I paid $750.00 cdn for it , Samsung quality control has left me disappointed to say the least and if replacement is required I will shop another brand.

Will not turn on, just fades between black and backlit screen for a second or too. Samsung will not do anything and only suggestion was to buy a new tv. Over to LG I will go.

We were wondering if it could be affecting our vision. We decided we had had enough, so when we were picked to purchase such a high quality television at a discount to leave an honest review, we jumped at the opportunity. We couldn't be happier with our Samsung 58" Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV. This television is so clear that we actually feel like our eyesight is improving. The sound quality is tremendous. The full sound allows you to feel the screen. The remote is child/old friendly, as in easy to use. Quick and easy access to our favorite apps, like Netflix, YouTube, and Amazon Prime,. I received this television at a discounted price for leaving an honest review.

Awesome Upgrade
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This Samsung Tv replaced my old 40inch Tv. Wow what difference!. I love the sleek design of this tv. The picture quality is way better than expected with a Clear picture and vibrant colors. The sound quality on this TV is up to par and sounds great and good enough for my bedroom. Great features for a smart tv and it was an easy set up. The remote is pretty simple To use. I did have one issue. Samsung doesn’t have the smart apps I use to watch sports like Peacock Tv and FuboTV but the good thing is you can mirror it to the tv so that’s a plus. I haven’t used the Alexa feature yet due to I don’t own and Alexa Device in my home Yet! Over all I’m very satisfied with this TV and I’m very Happy!

Didn’t last long

However my Tv didn’t last 2 years. The picture somehow went out and the tv never turned back on. I’m currently being told there is no way to fix it yet per Samsung.
