The picture is very clear. It will accept a sound bar which I'm certain will make the sound even better. May add one at some point but again for the size of the room the built in speakers are fine for me. It's easy for me to navigate between my Uverse and streaming. The remote is easily labeled for that. Am very happy decided to update my bedroom tv to this one. Am really enjoying it.

It connected right to my Wi-Fi. Great value for the money. Are old TV went out during the pandemic and we were able to go online and get one the very next day we had curbside pickup and they made everything so easy for us I'd recommend Best Buy to everybody. We have now ordered a portable speaker and can't wait to get it. They have lots of great items and a very friendly staff. They let me park in the shade while they brought my order out to me.

Great picture and upconverts DVDs notibly. The picture stands up to a well lit room with vibrate colors. Easy to install, setup and configure. The Samsung account process is a little annoying. The Samsung Smart Phone app is a nice addition to compliment the TV. Especially if you have kids that like to make thing vanish. Only complaint so far, is that I am unable to install any applications. Time will tell, but this TV is well worth the price point for such a nice TV.

We needed one that was no wider than this one so it would fit in our entertainment center. I can control it from my phone using the SmartThings app in case my kids lose the remote (which theh will). I also love that I can pair it to my bluetooth headset so I don't have to bother others when it's too early or late at night for surround sound. It's our 1st smart TV so it just took some getting used to is all.

In Sports mode, or watching reality outdoor shows, the quality of the image is frankly, stunning. Only 2 drawbacks. The very large, old school remote, with tiny buttons, is hard to use, illegible (esp. if you're watching a movie w the lights off), and not at all intuitive. I have seen some of the larger sets have the compact intuitive remote, but not this one. The second is more my issues with the Samsung Hub and navigation... it's intrusive (overlies what you're trying to watch and doesn't go away for a long time) and also not intuitive. You'd think that if you click "Guide" while watching a show, then try to go back you can get rid of the guide with 1 click? Nope... it is not very intuitive.

The Samsung picture is simply awesome (I guess we are spoiled as this is replacing an old Samsung 4K TV) and the overall quality is amazing. We will stick with the Samsung as the picture, colors, and contrast are just great. We would definitely recommend this TV.
