Thank you for your review of the TU7000 TV. I am very sorry to hear that your sound is going in and out. If the audio drop out issue happens when connected via HDMI, the HDMI cable is most likely the cause.
We recommend you to replace the HDMI cable with a High Speed cable with Ethernet Channel, labeled as HEC or HEAC on the cable.
Run a Sound Test by going to :
Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Sound Test

Can't Delete Trizen/Samsung Bloatware
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The picture quality is great, but it is great on most 4k TVs. The Tizen system is TERRIBLE!!! And Samsung just sucks in general with forcing their apps down your throat and not letting you delete them. There is no space for new apps or updates because of the bloatware that you cannot delete. Also you have to create a samsung account just to try to download new apps. Another company that wants to track you. What a joke. Get a TV with Roku don't support Samsung's crappy interface. I just bought a new Roku stick after buying this TV yesterday. If it wasn't so hard to package back up I would return it.

Only lasted 16 months
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My first big screen TV was an LG plasma that only lasted about 2 years. To replace it, I bought this Samsung based on what I believed was their good reputation. This one died after only 16 months. The screen just went black one day while watching. It was not damaged by lightning or any power surges. I replaced the main board but this did not fix it. Research afterwards seems to indicate a screen issue.

Short Life
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The TV lasted 13 months (one month after the warranty ended). While the TV worked, I was happy with it, but very disappointed in the life I replaced the main board and power supply board in an attempt to fix, but it appears to be a short somewhere in the panel causing a power cycle issue.
