Overall Great TV...Remote is Frustrating

We installed it with a soundbar so no info on the speaker quality. The remote has been hard to use and there is some lag which creates issues. We have other Samsung remotes which are much more intuitive and user friendly.

TV itself is great, UI leaves much to be desired

However, I don’t really like the interface or the remote. The remote feels kind of cheap, and the interface is sort of slow and a pain to use. It’s tolerable enough though!

Nice tv

It boots up intantly and the colors are nice. The smart remote buttons are awkwardly placed. I got big fingers and fumble with remote buttons

Cat broke the old one

Also my cat broke the old one so don't count on it surviving a fall off the mantle.

Lasted less than 2 yrs

This TV has worked great during the time I had it; screen quality is excellent. However, to my dismay, last night it turned off and now it only turns on for a second at best before shutting itself off again. Waste of money!

It has easy smart TV controls and all of the major apps. I am very satisfied with this purchase and had bought three units for my home altogether (one 70 " and two 58 ").

It was a perfect size for our home. The picture is amazing. Our previous TV was a Samsung and we were very happy with that, hence why we bought another one. Hopefully, the new one lasts as long as our previous one which is still going after 10 years.

A Wow addition to the wall!

Curbside pickup is a breeze. Samsung has always had exceptional electronics. This is my 3rd Samsung ....upgraded the 46” in living room and moved it to bedroom....that replaced a 40” which is now in the garage. All purchased at Best Buy and never any issues.
