The TV has great Clarity. The remote is small and using it for the apps is not so easy. I did not know this, as I though that Smart TV allow you to run apps. The only apps allowed are in the samsung store. I wanted to down load apps from google play, I have a smart TV from sony and it is not an issue, well samsung does not allow it. Also, I have a separate HBO Max app, and Samsung app from HBO keeps asking for my credit card to join. There is no option to tell it you already have a subscription.

I bought this model 3 weeks ago (58) screen size. What an improvement from my 7 year old Samsung. With the help from the Geek Squad in setting it up and taking away my old TV it was well worth the extra money having them do it. The Geeks spend time showing me all the new things I could do with this Smart TV. Things I would have never know if I had not went with them for installing. I'm not too tech savvy and any help sure help. Otherwise It would have taken days for me to figure it all out. I'm a very happy Best Buy Customer.

Love the quality of thr picture. Easy to use and setup was simple. Only issue is the sound. At times it sounds lower than the volume scale would suggest

Originally bought the 55” and when I unpacked it the screen was cracked. Returned it to bestbuy and they were sold out of the 55” so I went with the 58” for $50 more. Bestbuy was very helpful with the return process. Made it quick and easy through curbside pickup. Extremely satisfied with this product and the picture and sound quality is excellent. Excellent picture. The LED 4K makes it seem like you are there. Very light and easy to move and setup. Happy that the employee suggested the 58 over the 55 inch.

I need a new HDTV for my garage and saw this 2020 Samsung 58" Class 7 Series on sale for under $400. It was good as advertised. The picture quality is second to none. Save your money and not buy QLED and get 4k Smart Tizen.

Great price for an outstanding Samsung TV. The TV purchase was safe and easy. You can beat Samsung’s picture and quality. I did a lot of research and Best Buy had the best price and the transaction was smooth and fast.

the picture is sensational so clear and real-like.. I change positions from where I watch and the Tv is super light and easy to move, as I adjust positions. I only wish it were a little bigger, but in my limited space it is perfect.

This TV is decent. Couldn’t give it five stars because within 15 days the TV power went out and I could not get it to turn on with any power outlets close to the TV. Luckily Best Buy has an exchange policy. I boxed it up and took it back. When they tested it at Best Buy the power would turn on. I am on my second TV now and so far so good, just some minor issues with HDMI inputs not recognizing my Roku. I had to unplug and plug back in multiple times. I even bought brand new high speed HDMI cables. So in summary this is a good budget TV with great picture but be prepared to deal with these cheap issues.

Not a fun tv to much work setting it up having to sing in to your phone and the TV and go back and forth just to get warmed up to try and navigate there strange set up after registering the tv the menu and navigation of along with it's strange arrangement takes some getting used to but at least once you tweak the display and the sound settings and a few other thins the picture it can push out is no so bad I've seen better but I've seen worse increasing the picture to vivid and adjusting the brightness definitely make a bid difference you can really make tv something nice to look at but it should have been that way out of the box especially after you have to go through so much to set up and register but the size is good reaction time to commands is a bit laggy and slow some time it freezes for a sec but then completes the task like I said it's something to get used to especially when trying to download certain app and services even to avoid all the I plugged in my fire stick for quiker responses to the app I want but when I switch over to the hdmi that the fir stick is in it registers my fire stick as direct tv the logo even pops up so if your think of another tv I strongly suggest you take another look at that one and strongly consider over the more complex complicated for no reason samsung just to extra for nothing tv

Excellent picture quality and sound is good too if you don’t want to buy a sound bar. Easy to navigate remote. Price was very reasonable. Very satisfied with this TV and will buy the same one for the basement.

Great picture, awesome user interface. This is my favorite television I’ve purchased (so far). My only gripe is that the remote is a bit cumbersome and overly “buttony” but that’s a minor issue to his satisfied I am.

Good size great picture but I don’t like the fact that I can’t figure on the remote how to set the sleep timer like all my other Samsung TV’s

The TV provides an excellent picture quality, however it's slow to respond to the remote control (which is also terrible - way to many buttons, and you have to look at it each time you use it, because channel up/down is the same size as the surrongding buttons) and lastly - the free samsung channels hang while buffering so much that they're not worth watching. (it's not my internet connecting either, because netflix doesn't have that issue on the very same TV.

Great TV with a great picture! Easy to set up and worked well. The only downside was that there were no analog inputs for my old VCR (yes I still have one).

Love this tv. I even drove an xtra 20 miles to get this model at that price.. good color,picture, and pretty easy to figure out the settings.

starting lagging after owning for a couple years, the cable that came with the tv is nice but it seems to of slowed down in just a short amount of time.

It was a much needed upgrade. I wasn’t looking for top of the line, so this a solid pickup on Black Friday

Overall I am happy with the TV for image quality which is quite nice. I am not very happy with the user interface which I find cumbersome to negotiate. The BluRay player seems to take over primary operation of the controls even when I am trying to watch a streaming channel. And all sound control setups I have established seem to be voided when I turn off the TV. There seems to be no memory for the TV to keep my sound settings. I have to start over every time I turn on the TV with all settings. Very frustrating.

Really like the TV and the ease of setting it up. Great picture for the size. The only area of improvement would be the remote - not very intuitive & the navigation U/D/L/R/enter are small, so you hit other buttons by accident.
