Hits all the highs of a larger LCD panel with crisp TV watching needs. If you just watch cable or satellite feeds (reg 720/1080) this TV will be perfect for you. This is the second we’ve purchased for family as gifts, both same models. Highly recommend. Family members have never been happier!

The image and sound are both fine - they seem on par with most other TVs in this class. The real issue for me is the menus. The native 'Smart' menus and pre-loaded (non-removable) apps are awful to navigate. None of it is intuitive, the remote is poorly laid out, and only ONE app that I tried to use has a 'pair via code' option - the rest I had to scroll through a keyboard and type in my email and password for. The different pages are slow to load and there is HUGE lag when going through the menus. I won't be returning/exchanging because this was basically the only option due to COVID-19 production issues, but if I had other TVs that I could pick from, I would probably go with a Roku-based system rather than Samsung's.
