I can't believe a Hisense TV played better and was very easy to connect to the internet. But since having this television, it seems defec..tive, and currently is losing channel 2, but is also going to channels I didn't select. If my health was better I would return to the store immediately. I will try to wait it out and see if things change. The picture is slightly better than the TV I replaced. It also took over a month to get this TV, and I was brought a dropped TV with the screen replacemed originally. And they still got the same delivery guy working for them. I had to make sure this came from a different location. Samsung also said directly from correspondence that it was not in factory packaging

I have a few troubleshooting tips for you to try that may resolve the issues you have mentioned. Otherwise, please call us so we can set up a warranty service appointment for you.
First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update and update from there if needed.
Next, please try the following:
1. Use 5Ghz Wi-Fi if possible
2. Try wired LAN if available
3. Try repositioning the router, so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router

I would give it a 5 but the stand is not 100% of what I would hope and you need an expensive wall mount to achieve appropriate stability. Because doing that would have resulted in poor visibility because the wall is recessed to accommodate our old monstrosity of a roll-in TV. But the Tv itself is a fine piece of equipment.

Besides the great deal (better deal than on several smaller 55” models), I like the sound quality of the tv (no need for a sound bar), the ease of adjusting the settings, and some of the extra Samsung TV channels. The picture quality is not up to par with the more expensive Samsung models, but I think the value of this TV is superior for what you get.
