I haven't bought a new TV in well over 10 years, but I have been keeping tabs as new technology keeps getting introduced. For someone with modest needs and small-ish room size, this TV will do nicely. If you want a bigger and better sound, make sure to get a nice soundbar.

You do need a sound bar or speakers, just like for any flat tv, the problem of the sound coming out of the Back of the tv is still there. Other than that it was very easy to set up with an option to link your Samsung account. Picture quality is great. Overall it’s a very solid tv.

I thought about purchasing a new soundbar but the speaker on the TV put out good sound and the picture quality is wow. So for connection this is wifi or 1 ethernet connection in the back as well as I optical and only 2 HDMI ports and 1 USB port, antenna. I would recommend this TV to anybody looking to upgrade to a good quality tv.

Screen good, menu annoying

I'm not a fan of the menu and all the garbage on the screen that pops up when you are switching from HDMI port 1 to port 2 or back to the TV. It covers up a lot of the screen and is very annoying.

Great size, picture but sound bar issue

But, you cannot control the sound bar with the TV remote for some odd reason if it's connected via Optical cord. You have house the sound bar remote which means keeping that remote handy. Very annoying. If you have a sound bar with HDMI then you can use the TV remote
