I need to call Best Buy to learn how to set up my sound bar. I bought the warranty so I feel very comfortable about my purchase. The only problem was the pick up of tv. I ask for it to be shipped to where I lived but after awhile I had to go to Best Buy and pick it up. Not TVs problem. If needed, I would buy another.

Not sure what happened

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.At first I was not happy at all with the picture quality the tint was way to much green to the face no matter what I tried to do i bought new HDMI cables nothing worked I was ready to bring it back when the picture started to improve its quality. now the picture is great I don't know what happened.

Great image, poor sound
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is a great TV with e very nice video, the sound is not this good as it looks like it is coming from somewhere but not the TV set. Sound would need improvement but I understand the reason would be as the speakers are behind the TV. Another point I would like to comment is that when trying to pair my AirPods, it pairs but the sound disappears. I paired it with other devices and it worked properly but not the AirPods, it is a pity, not sure if there would be a solution?
