I was very happy with this purchase because Samsung provides a veriety of channels for free integrated in the set. There's also an App that you can download on your phone and thus use your phone to control the TV. You can change the channel amongst many things which I love. The image is also of acceptional quality. Overall happy with this purchase

This is a good set for for the money. Picture and sound are much better than our old set. The only issue we have is some apps don't work correctly. With only 2 HDMI ports I had hope to not need my Roku box any more, but no such luck.

You can try cold booting your TV, updating your TV's software, deleting, and downloading the app again, and a completing full reset of Smart Hub to correct the issue with the app.

Obviously we get what we pay for. The quality in video is not the best. There are newer models with better quality. This tv was bought for my son. Not for the guest.

The picture quality is good. The one problem is the app store does not have all the apps I want like the NFL app. They should use Google instead of Tizen or whatever it's called.

New to the family home!

My wife and I currently still have our original Samsung TV given to us as a gift from my in-laws in 2012. So of course it was only fitting that we buy our daughter and ourselves new Samsung TV’s. A 43 inch in our daughters room and this 58 inch in the living room and our original Samsung 55 inch in our bedroom. The quality of this TV is awesome and it was worth every penny!

Great but can be improved

But from time to time it has issues loading the software on certain apps.. which i habe 6 other Samsung tvs and none do this.. also this tv while in app(hulu,netflix) after a set amount of time while auto switch back to digital tv.. annoying sometimes. However still a great tv

Great budget TV for 4K

The picture is great and I'm really enjoying it as a second TV. I also like that it's smart features mean I can go without another purchase of a streaming device. This is a budget TV for sure. What's missing is maybe a 3rd HDMI port. Other than that, I'm happy!

Picture is great but there are audio problems

The picture remains sharp during this so I’m not sure what’s wrong. It’s either the TV or Spectrum cable since no external sound systems are connected.

Needed to be bigger than 55 inches but 65 inches would have been too big. Nice bright picture and anti reflective coating on screen cuts down on reflections. View is decent from all sides. Some dimming at extreme angles. Very happy with purchase . . . Samsung quality at a great price!

It’s the largest TV I’ve ever purchased at 58”. Fits my living room perfectly! My only gripe is that it only have 2 HDMI ports. I’ve added a splitter for devices I use less often to allow it to accommodate 3 devices. In my opinion, no TV should have less than 3 HDMI ports.
