Went from a 50” to this 58” it’s a perfect fit for my entertainment center. We notice huge difference in screen size over our 50”. Screen height is of great difference, gives this tv great 4K picture quality and very impressed with sound as well.

But we had to get another one replaces the day the tv arrived. We had it brought/shipped to our home and the screen had discoloration at the bottom. Customer service was prompt and was picked up and new one delivered at no additional charges.

But, this television will make me rethink my decisions going forward. It’s the perfect size for the room that it is in but my major complaint is that every time I turn it on, I have to readjust the picture settings specifically the picture clarity. For whatever reasons, the settings that I have chosen do not save and have to be entered all the time. Not the end of the world but not what I expected from Samsung.

I’m sorry for the difficulties with your TV picture settings. We understand your frustrations and are here to help.
Here are the steps to ensure that your preferred settings stay:
1. Switch game mode to other than Auto
Go to Settings > General > External Device Manager > Game Mode Settings
This will keep these settings in the Game model only
2. Go to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Apply Picture Settings = All Sources
This will keep your settings on all HDMI ports

The SAMSUNGPLUS feature gives you plenty of extra channels FOR FREE!!! All of my large screen TV’s are SAMSUNG, with the exception of 1. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Bought this 58” Open Box for a very good price.

The price was incredible, but the computer is very slow- sometimes not loading certain apps and taking too long to load others. However, all in all, GREAT TV

I bought this 58 incher a few weeks ago and the picture quality is still nice, then again, all Samsung TVs are nice. And, the sound is nice too!

A very great deal with the price and everything the television has to offer. Have never seen a 58 inch TV before but it's definitely great. And the new crystal picture and all is great, very crisp and clear. Definitely a great purchase.

The colors are crisp and the sound is great with my Bose sound bar. There is a few second delay when I turn the TV on but that could be something with my cable provider. Great purchase for the price.

I am not a fan of the operating system, but the current sale and value matched what my parents were looking for (early Christmas gift). A better OS would give it 5 stars.

One little complaint is that with the newer TV's it is hard to get the picture size adjusted to fit some movies and even commercials don't fit the screen properly. We noticed this with our other smaller new Samsung too. Can't seem to get it just right.

Opted to use our Roku Streaming Stick + rather than the built in smart features. Also to use the corner TV stand I installed a Perlesmith model PSTVS11 table top stand which I feel is a better way to support the TV

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 4K Smart TV and for your review. There are several image settings you can adjust to your liking such as Picture Mode and Expert Settings.
Choose a Picture Mode by going to Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and choose from Dynamic, Standard, Natural, Movie, or Filmmaker Mode.
You can further adjust your sharpness, brightness, contrast, color, and more by going to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings

I bought it on sale at Best Buy on Poplar in Memphis TN...the picture clarity is great, design is modern and sleek, it has extra features and stations for viewing, it was easy to setup and use...I am using my Wi-Fi to access all programs and features of my TV....
