The picture is very sharp and clear. Love the size of the screen! Looking forward to basketball season . We do not have a huge living room, even though this is a fairly large TV, it is not intrusive. Great purchase!

Took it out of box. Was very easy to install it on the wall. Took me an hour to do everything. Needed a help to pick tv up. So it is not one person job. So far everything is working fine.

Didn't want the 65 as it is just too big for my taste. Good picture quality. Integrates well with Spectrum cable. Remote is well laid out.

It loads so slowly. It's missing the Motortrend app that my 2019 Q60 has in the living room. Hulu decides when it wants to work and usually requires logging out and back in. The firmware needs a serious rework and upgrade. When it does work, the HDR looks amazing and the brightness is awesome. I wish it came with the sleeker remote... Maybe it's an option? At this point, I kind of miss my 10 year old TV with a fire stick over this "Smart" TV that's insanely slow. Please Samsung... Update the firmware, speed up the processor, stabilize Hulu, and add the Motortrend app back in!

The interface issue you are describing may be related to your network connection and quality.
We suggest you try the following:
1. Use 5G WiFi if possible
2. Try wired LAN if available
3. Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router

It does better on old movies than any other tv but it still hard to digitalize old movies that aren’t 4k or blue ray.

However, I was able to overcome these obstacles. The picture is great and the price was even better.
