Samsung UI always seems buggy but manageable. I love the TV....but ill have to admit i feel the tu8000 version is better.

I did not purchase a sound bar, and the sound is just fine. The room is used as an office also, so the sofa is placed pretty close to the TV.

I went to Best Buy to purchase an LG but fell for a Samsung brand in which I already own a similar product. I want to try something different but saw this on display.

Nice TV, but a couple of issues

We upgraded from our old 45” and the size really seems huge. There are two issues though with this model. First, there’s definitely some lag time when using some streaming services, especially Paramount+. The bigger issue for me is that on some channels there’s no sound. We redone the setup several times and it doesn’t fix the issue. We don’t have this issue on our other Samsung TVs.

We appreciate your review of the Samsung TU7000 and are happy to hear you are enjoying it. Regarding the lag time and sound issues, do you mind trying the following troubleshooting tips to solve these issues?
First, let's make sure your firmware is up to date. To do so, head to Settings > Support > Software Update, and if necessary, you update quickly from there.
You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.
It is also possible that the lag time may be related to your network connection and quality. We suggest you try the following:
1. Use 5G Wi-Fi if possible
2. Try wired LAN if available
3. Try repositioning the router, so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router.
Next, to address your sound issue on some channels, please try checking the following:
1) Please check the volume control of your TV, and then check the volume control of any external devices (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between any external devices and the TV and then try the cable connection again.
2) Set Sound Output to TV Speaker by going to Settings > Sound > Sound Output.
3) Check whether Digital Output Audio Format is set to Pass-Through by going to Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Format > Auto

Definitely worth the deal

I love the complimentary channels that are included. ANDDDD it has Apple Music My only issues is that the speakers on it arent that good.

The larger screen which shows crystal clear pictures. I also love the many features that can be enabled from the settings. My overall rating is par excellence.

Great quality picture, sound, but the only negative I hae is the volume control is not steady up or down. You must hit the remote for each point down or up in volume.
