Optical ARC Issues

Optical ARC to control the volume with my samsung soundbar, I have the Samsung 65" class 7 LED 4K UDH with the same samsung soundbar I didn't have any issues.

Thank you for sharing your experience with the TU7000 and inconsistent volume levels.
Auto Volume is a feature on Samsung Smart TVs that helps to avoid volume fluctuation when changing between channels or sources on the TV. Go to: Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume = On
You may also want to perform a Sound Test under Support > Self Diagnosis > Start Sound Test

You can get this at a great price since the next level is OLED and much pricier

Once I found the eco mode was on and disabled it I was able to adjust the picture settings and now the picutre is perfect. Great TV for the price.

I also was alitte paranoid I tried to get a 55inch Samsung from a different store (not bestbuy)and I get it home for 3hrs I tired to get the HDMI to attach it would not turns out it was defective SO dont let anybody every tell you that you need a different HDMI because they are all treated the same. Moral of the story stick with a company like Bestbuy better return policy and I trust Bestbuy to have better electronics.
