    After owning this product for 33 days weird lines showed up. I unplugged the tv from the power outlet and the lines went away. I'm not sure if the tv will last. I wish I had purchased a warranty on it.

      Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 TV. I am very sorry you are experiencing issues with your TV not displaying properly. Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

      1) Check the antenna and input cable connections

      2) Check the antenna and HDMI cable connections

      3) If the issue persists, define exactly what is wrong with the display. For example, mosaics and blocks, multiple lines or white dots, fixed horizontal, or vertical lines

      4) Try changing channels using the remote control. Is the issue the same on all channels?

      5) Press the Home button (looks like a house), select Source, choose another input source. Is the issue the same on all sources?

      6) If the same problem persists, run a diagnostic test. (Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test)

      7) If the problem disappears during the test, check your TV signal
      (Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Signal Information) to check the signal strength. Signal strength must be more than 20 dB (more than 4 bars on the icon) for stable signal reception

    Great “bang for the buck” tv. The apps are a little slow probably because of the processor. But once you adjust it’s fine.

    I have over 6 months with it now and it is a decision I don't regret. It works perfectly and it's design/look is such a nice addition to the living room. I only had an issue with the sound once and just had to reset it for it to work as usual again.

    While this is a big TV for a very low cost, you get what you pay for. Most importantly, the "dirty screen" effect is the worst that I've ever seen. If you look at the attached picture, you can clearly see extreme vignetting and the light bars behind the screen. This is extremely distracting for watching any media. When I showed this to the Best Buy employee upon return, I was told that "All TV's look like this now, unless you buy an Oled". On the contrary, I picked up TCL R635 for only a little additional cost, but with a major improvement in quality and performance. Another issue with this Samsung is that the responsiveness of the menus/remote is horrendous. There is almost a full second lag between button presses and the panel responding. It makes navigating very frustrating. All in all, I would highly recommend avoiding this TV. I have never felt so relieved to have a purchased returned. I could see this TV being useful if in the waiting room of an office, but never for any home viewing.

    Didn't Honor the Warranty. Dark Spots Issue.

    Purchased in October 2022 for our school. As of today it has several dark spots on it with not even a year of use. Was informed that the warranty was "different" for watching TV at a business - only 3 months! Will never buy Samsung products again since they don't stand behind their one year warranty.

    Delivery was quick. Good quality of screen. And they even match price it and return me 50$ a week after I bought it for 450$ and it was sold for 400$.
