The mounting bracket that was in place on my wall is a universal bracket but would not fit the Samsung. You have to purchase the Samsung bracket for an additional $120.

The clock needs reset EVERY DAY in order to keep TV guide correct. You cannot program a recurring program (like weekly or nightly program) "Call Center" does not speak enough English to help...:(

To prevent your TV clock from resetting, we recommend you go to Settings> General> System Manager> Time> Clock> Clock Mode> Manual.
To schedule a viewing on Samsung TV Plus, go to Home> Samsung TV Plus> Guide, then find the TV program you wish to watch and press the select button until "Schedule Viewing" appears.
You may also want to confirm that your Firmware is up to date. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update.
