I recently received my 58" Class TU7000 Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV. We decided to put it in our son's room. The price point on this tv was very affordable and I was not expecting anything fancy from this tv. Let me tell you, I was wrong! Setup was incredibly easy. Loved Samsung's easy setup app! The picture is crystal clear with vibrant colors. The sound is amazing! My son and I both were shocked by the tv sound as most tvs have subpar sound and you need to add surround sound or a sound bar. Not on this tv! The sound is great right out of the box. The remote is extremely easy to use also and includes dedicated buttons for Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Samsung TV Plus. We have Samsung Galaxy phones so we are also able to use our phones as remotes, so that is also a great feature. Love the Smart TV apps on my home page. Only negative is that you cannot remove them after adding them in initial setup. If we had known that we would have not included some of them. Other than that, we absolutely love this tv and highly recommend it for a great picture, ease of use and fabulous sound. *I purchased this tv at a discount in exchange for giving my unbiased opinion*

I have not used this TV a lot because I have been busy and travelled too. I really did some sacrifices to buy this TV because I thought Samsung products were good. This is horrible

I can't say enough good things about the Samsung 58" - Class 7 TV. The picture quality is stunning, and it has truly transformed our entertainment experience. The size is perfect, offering a cinematic feel right in our home. It's incredibly user-friendly, and the Smart TV features provide a world of content at our fingertips. In fact, I'm so impressed that I'm considering getting another one for our living room. Samsung has once again delivered a top-notch product that has elevated our home entertainment to a whole new level. Highly recommended!

Only 2 year working and after no showing display and suddenly stop

After 2 years I bought this tv now is dead with black screeen mad is not working

This is my 2nd Samsung in the last 4 years. I recently moved & left my 55 inch 4k behind. With the new space the 58 was the perfect size & I'm super glad that Samsung offered it. That said, so far, so GREAT. I've seen none of the issues others had who gave it a negative review. The picture is fantastic & the tv is super intuitive. I like how it auto switches to game mode while playing ps4. The sound is really good also but will probably upgrade to a soundbar due to the dynamics of my living room. The only negative is the remote doesn't match the TV's tech. It's not as good as the previous remote where it included voice control. Overall, I'm super happy with my purchase after countless hours of research. Great tv.

This is my first Smart TV. The screen size and price point is what drew me in for purchase, and Samsung has a great reputation for offering TVs with remarkable color and picture quality. Assembly and setup was a breeze and no problems with my HDMI connections. It's been said before on other owner's reviews that there is often a lag in the navigation through the menus and selecting the wrong option because of it. Because I probably need to get used to UHD picture quality, everything seems to have that "soap opera" screen effect. Movies do not have that matted effect anymore, even if I set it to Normal picture mode. The picture has that live TV broadcast look to it. I went from a 42-inch and upgraded to this 58-inch screen and with the sharpness and size, you...see...everything! I've giggled once because I can see the actor's nose hairs. The remote needs some re-working. I understand that the fast forward, play, pause, stop, etc., buttons are the minor buttons, but they are way too small. There's no heft to the remote, it feels cheap. My blu ray player is also Samsung so there are no problems switching to the player and it turns it on automatically and off when I switch it back to my DVR. I love that convenience. I haven't figured out if I can rearrange the apps on the menu. It would be nice if it is possible. Overall, no regrets with my purchase. As a first time Smart TV owner with UHD quality screen I'm rather blown away. Best bang for the buck.

This TV was purchased to upgrade our current Smart TV. It has not disappointed! It has great picture and sound quality. I like the easy access to apps on the TV and it makes it so we don’t have to use an extra plug-in devices. We use it to access Prime Video, Disney+, and Netflix all with one simple click! Setup was a breeze, plugged in our cable and connected to power and we were ready to go! TV had multiple areas for mounting hardware on the back which gave us multiple options for how and where we wanted to hang the tv. It also came with the stand if you didn’t want to mount it. Great upgrade to our family room.

I was in awe when I received my 58" Samsung TV. I couldn't believe that what I paid was basically peanuts to the size and quality of this brand name product. The TV feels sturdy not flimsy but to feel more secure than using the feet that it comes with I decided to mount it on a table stand (as pictured). It couldn't have been easier to connect and set-up like plug n play. The on-screen instructions to set-up by remote or by the SmartThings app (pictured) on my Samsung cell was so easy to follow. I love having the capability to see what is showing at any given time with the Universal and the Samsung TV Plus Guides. It's great to be able to use my cell as a remote too for those times where one can misplace the remote. So many choices of free and paid subscriptions available means endless options of shows, movies and even music channels. Having Netflix as its own dedicated button on the remote makes it even easier to access movies. The picture quality is great with vibrant clear colors. My son even enjoys it for his gaming experience because of the size, color and sound produced. I look forward to exploring more options that are available on this TV the more time I own it. Oh, and did I mention that I can stream movies, music, etc over my WIFI to the TV. What a difference this TV has made to my family's life during this current pandemic situation where we find ourselves at home more. Thank you Samsung!

After finally receiving our TV, we couldn't wait to get started. We unwrapped a Samsung 58" Class TU7000 Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV. The driver warned us to let it warm to room temperature before plugging it in. We took that time to read the manual and learn about the features. The first thing we noticed was the lightweight of the TV compared to our old Samsung Projection TV. The picture quality was so clear, it is amazing. Now, we have never had a smart TV and assumed set-up would be difficult. Thanks to the tip to add the Smart Thing app to my phone, set-up was a breeze. It allowed us to sign into our accounts and it was fun to see the camping pictures on our large screen that we had just taken the day before. The design is contemporary and neat...it takes up half the space as our old tv. We still have not added our speakers because the sound quality is clear. That will be something we may consider in the future. It did take a while to figure out the remote but the home screen button allowed us to start over each time. The directional arrows let us jump around the screen to where we needed to navigate. I think more practice with the remote will uncover some shortcuts for us. We received a discount in exchange for our honest review.

Great TV it lasted for about 4 years before it burnt out due to a lot of use hope I get another one soon

Today's TV market is saturated with quality video quality tvs and the SamSung TU7000 doesn't disappoint when it comes to picture. Just like so many sets that have their own technology to smooth out fast moving pictures from looking blurry that effect is un-natural to me so I always disable it. The description of it and how to get to it within the setting is not very fort coming but if you are using to removing it like myself it will be easy to find. The design is amazing its very light way so easy to hang on a wall or entertainment center mount. The picture spans from 1 edge to another. The frame is so thin its barley noticeable. The picture is definitely the star of the show. 2 items caused me to subtract 1 star. The Navigation/Select/Power Button. Yes Button. there is 1 button to cycle through menus so if you pass you go all the way around then to make selection you have to hold it in. So when you first select the button the menu comes up then you cycle around to power and hold it down. If you miss press it will go to next menu and you will have to cycle through back to power. This time making sure to HOLD it down. Not great sorry samsung I know you are saving space, but buttons on the side or back by connections would be much better and easier to navigate when you can't find your remote after your kids got through with using the tv. Next comes the UI. Its pretty straight forward, but it definitely has some hesitation. That you can sort of live with most settop boxes have the same lag, but when are highlighted on an App you can only tell its highlighted because it blows up the icon. This enlarged icon view is very subtle and easy to miss especially for those in my family who need glasses. Not hard of sight friendly. Once you get your app. Tips I would recommend. Use a contrasting color board to show which app you are highlighted on. Improved UI speed (add RAM if necessary). Add a 3rd HDMI. We have 2 gaming consoles and a Media Player. Yes we have to use the media player because of an app that streams our local news not available within Samsung's App Store. Finally I don't get why its a 58inch versus adding a full 60 it feels like they would save more money when making 1 standard 60" model versus 58 and 60. I'm sure its to save money for consumer which is a great plus. Great HD 4K picture and for that reason alone I will recommend it.

The colors in this T.V are awesome. The sound is great. Very good value. Easy to setup as well. Delivery was flawless.

Great TV for this price. The picture quality is excellent. Somewhat inconvenient remote control. I think that this is not a problem with this model, but with Samsung in general. Overall very pleased with the purchase.

Best TV for the price & one of the two 58” TVs available anywhere. Hook up was smooth with only a few minor concerns when hooking up a sound bar & synchronizing everything to work with a single DIRECTV remote.

I don't buy new televisions often but I am glad I bought this one! I used to have a ton of devices and cords all over my tv stand. This smart tv comes ready to use all of the apps I was using devices for. Now I don't have cords everywhere. It is easy to add the television to my Google Home network and also to cast video from other devices to this tv. The picture and sound is great. My family has enjoyed AGT on antenna programming, movies and shows on subscription apps like Hulu, Netflix and Prime, free tv channels through Samsung, and video gaming on this new set. The remote is easy to use and has shortcut buttons for Samsung Tv Plus, Netflix, and Prime. It is a must-have for sure!

I am pretty impressed with the 58” Samsung TU7000. It was very easy to set up right out of the box. Being able to hide the cords by running them down the stand really kept the area looking clean and neat. The colors are vibrant and the TV has a very life-like picture quality. The remote is awesome. The layout is easy to use. Having dedicated buttons for Apps like Netflix and Prime make it easy to watch shows. The TV reacts without lag to opening the apps which is very appealing. The TV also has a small bezel allowing more screen for viewing. Enjoying the Samsung TV I received at a discounted price in exchange for an honest review.

I received 58" class Crystal THE 4K smart tv(at a discounted price for my review) last week.It sure was an easy tv to set up. Take off a few stickers and plug in,away you go.The picture quality is so crisp and bright.Along with all the apps to choice from.Samsung Tv is a pretty cool app,the music stations are nice to listen to when doing cleaning.I have yet to try the voice remote..Sound is amazing I keep hearing little noises I've never heard before,clear sound.I enjoy the fact that everything is now all on one remote. Super easy to use for someone that isn't tech savy.

The tv has great picture under normal lighting. I watch tv in bright room and black display is hard to see. Tv was easy to set up.
