Interface & remote not user friendly

The app icons are impossibly small and it’s difficult to see where you are in navigating the menu. When you turn on the tv it automatically starts playing random tv stations from the internal “Samsung TV” app and there doesn’t appear to be a way to turn that function off. The remote is also terribly cluttered and the most used buttons on a smart tv (play, pause, fast forward) are extremely small and inconveniently, awkwardly placed at the very bottom. We returned this tv and bought a TCL Roku which is far more functional.
