Smart App needs serious work

While the TV has a spectacular image, the functionality of the TV created a horrible experience. The smart app is so slow to respond it is easy to select the wrong app by mistake due to the app catching up. Once you do select an app sometimes it just doesn’t load - often gets stuck on the Samsung TV Plus app. The only fix is to unplug the TV, not an easy task once wall mounted. WiFi is strong. Firmware is updated. This one will be going back to the store.
