Not Worth The Headache!

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The biggest downfall is the navigational system is weak at best and the remote, you have to look at every button you push or you will get redirected easily and that is another navigational issue. I let my Intelligent son-in-law also spend a couple hours with it and he says the same. Good luck but I would not recommend this "company" due to the fact that is a small issue that should be easily rectified. When a company fails doing the simple then they are not high on my list to support. The only reason this gets two stars instead of one is that its 4K and pretty. If you want to pair any Alexa/Amazon echo or studio then good luck. It is a nightmare and no tech guy understands it either. Its not a smart tv by any means.

Thank you for purchasing the TU7000 TV and for your review. Your thoughts regarding the remote design is important to us and will be shared with our internal teams.
To use Alexa to turn on your TV, change channels, control volume, etc, you will need to download both the SmartThings app and the Amazon Alexa app.
1) Discover your TV in the SmartThings app by selecting the Add Device option.
2) Also, be sure that your Alexa device has been discovered in your Alexa app.
3) From the Alexa app, enable SmartThings Skill for a TV. Once this skill is added, go to Discover Devices, and your TV will be automatically discovered.
If you are also using Alexa for an external speaker or soundbar as well as your TV you can say volume up and volume down along with the name of the device you want to operate.
On the Amazon Alexa™ app on your smartphone, check the name of the TV or device you want to operate.

I received excellent service in the store and the associate helped me choose the best tv for my needs within budget. The installers delivered the tv, mounted it and walked me through the settings before leaving. They were punctual, kept things tidy and removed all of the boxes and trash from my home.

First, to ensure performance is fully optimized, please make sure your TV is running the latest firmware. To do so, go to Settings> Support> Software Update. You can easily update from there if necessary.
Next, I recommend utilizing the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.
