Like the size of the TV. It is just the right size for our room. The picture is good and clear. The only thing that I donn't like is the control is small for large fingers. The price was right and Best Buy had it ready for me to pick up. It just so happened to go on sale the same time our old one quit, thank you Best Buy !

We've had our old TV for several years and needed an upgrade. This TV is kept in our bedroom so we knew we would need something under 60". This TV has everything we wanted and more! When it arrived, the box was strapped with shipping straps (the ones you cut off). It wasn't until after we removed the TV from the box that we realized you can actually remove the top of the box from the bottom, which will make removing the TV from the box much easier. It had protective screen protectors around the sides of the TV screen to protect it during shipment and lots of Styrofoam. One thing I wish I paid attention to, when we purchased, is the feet. With this TV being used in our bedroom, I need it to fit on our chest of drawers. It wouldn't. The feet were spaced too far apart for the TV to sit on the chest of drawers. Easy solution... we purchased a pedestal to mount the TV on and that worked perfect! As soon as I turned it on, it walked me through the process to set everything up. Easy connection to my wifi, my apps and even allowed me to touch my phone to the side to connect my phone to the TV! Technology sure has come a long way! I had the TV connected to my Directv, internet and all my apps in under 5 minutes. The picture quality is amazing! The name fits it well. It truly has a Crystal clear picture. I didn't realize how lacking the screen quality was on my old TV, until now. What an awesome upgrade! The audio quality is fantastic. I can turn it down low enough to not wake my husband while I enjoy my favorite shows, and still hear it clearly. When I turn music on and turn up the volume, it has clear, quality sound. I highly recommend this TV and I am very pleased with my purchase! This is truly a 5 star product you will be thankful you invested in! I received this unit at a discounted rate in return for my honest opnion.

We are loving this new tv. Set up was within5 minutes with ease. The picture is such quality and so clear. The sound is phenomenal. The apps are easy to use and you can sync your tablet or phone right in so it can play apps off your phone. You can get on the internet, watch youtube, Netflix, Hulu and Amazon. Loving our new tv. May not have to go back out to the movie theatre since we have one in the family room now. Highly recommended!!!!

Purchase was easy and fast, the delivery was on time and courteous, the Samsung TV Picture is excellent, however the remote has a lot of buttons, I prefer just a few simple buttons, others not needed.

Great TV until it started cutting on and off by itself. It would start with a screen burn coming from the bottom right corner. Then the TV would cut on and off by itself. Weird right!! Have to let it find itself then reset the source to get back to the TV. Has happened about 4 times lately. Bought Dec. 2020.

This is my first Samsung TV. This TV seems to have everything I need. I am replacing a 42" Zenith LCD TV that I have had for 16 years that took up almost the same space. My new TV was light weight and easy to setup. The picture is great and works well with my X-finity cable service and desktop computer. It also has lots of apps so you can get your TV in other ways than cable TV service. Connection to wifi was easy and painless. I would note that there is limited amount of HDMI connections. There are other TV out there if you need additional connections. I also got my TV delivered by Best Buy for free here in Houston, Texas. Arrived in perfect condition and saved me a trip to the store. More important now with Coronavirus risk.

Fantastic price! Awesome picture! Easy to use! Streaming apps readily available, but we chose to use a roku stick bc it has the voice remote.

It’s been about 4 years I made the purchase. I barely used the TV. However, after 4 years, the audio is working fine but the screen has been flickering constantly for past few weeks. When I turn on the TV, the screen doesn’t come up but the audio plays in the background. I wasn’t expecting this from a Samsung product.

I recently got a 55'in TCL smart tv and the picture quality was terrible and did not compare to my old 32'in Samsung tv so I returned the TCL to get the Samsung 58'in. BEST Decision! the picture quality was great! so much better than the TLC. Looks sleek. I took pictures when I first got and it still has the side covers because I'm going to mount it. I'll update the review if anything goes wrong. But I love it! Defiantly recommend!

Solid TV. Great picture and fairly thin and light. Sound is OK. Although you can adjust between 0 and 50, anything above 25 or so is roughly the same volume.

Crystal clear image and even gives you access to apps and tv channels/movies through the OS in the tv.

I am impressed by my new Samsung Crystal UHD 4K TV. Since I Already have a Samsung account, the setup process was quick and easy. I launched the SmartThings app from my smartphone and the TV just about set up itself. The picture quality is incredible! I was watching a baseball game and I felt like I was on the field. I understand why they used Crystal to name this TV because it is literally crystal clear. I can see newscasters wrinkles up close, not to mention it feels like they are in my living room! I can’t wait to cuddle up on the couch and binge watch a show on Netflix. On my old TV I had a soundbar, however I will not need one with this TV because the quality of the sound is impeccable. I do not need two remotes anymore! The OneRemote is great because it automatically detects and controls all compatible connected devices. I can even control the TV with my Amazon Alexa. The AirPlay 2 works with my smartphone so I am able to play music and videos easily. This is the best television I have owned and highly recommend it!

58" Class TU7000 Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV is a great TV. The set up was flawless. Vey easy. The quality is superb and the sound is outstanding. No matter what we are watching it's almost like watching live TV. The remote seems easy to use. I only stream so I have Philo and Pluto.

Picture and sound quality are great. Didn't give full 5 stars because it is supposed to have option to automatically open last app used, but it is not the case. Every time the TV turns on, it automatically opens Samsung TV--of which there is nothing ever that you would want to watch. Also, I specifically purchased a Samsung TV with ARC/eARC so that I could hook up my Samsung soundbar to it and control both the TV and soundbar with the one remote through the ARC. After getting home and hooking up the TV and soundbar, the TV would not find the soundbar through ARC. I eventually contacted Samsung help line around 11p (EST), and spent over an hour with them. They could not get the TV to find the soundbar. Replaced the HDMI cords. Reset the TV. Reset the soundbar. Nothing worked. Finally, the technician told me that my soundbar was not working. Keeping in mind that this exact soundbar worked fine with another TV just moments before, and would still connect to this TV via optical cable. Makes no sense--perhaps I will try to contact Samsung help again in the future, but for now, the only hook-up is via optical cable. Remote control button are very small and hard to navigate sometimes. Would have preferred the ability to program one or two of them to specific apps too. Otherwise, TV is good.

I’ve had this tv for almost a month and it’s been a solid tv. I really enjoy how small the bezels are around the tv, with the exception of the bottom, but even that is still nicely minimized. Great picture for the price in my opinion. Also pretty easy to get your smartphone to connect, if you’re the kinda of person that likes to control what you watch from their phone. My biggest gripe is honestly the Samsung software, it has bloatware like their version of cable that’s “free” but it’s just a bunch of nonsense. The software also has a pretty awful lag. I’ve often myself found having to scroll between, let’s say, Netflix to Hulu very carefully, otherwise I’ll pass Hulu and accidentally click on Amazon Prime. Hope that makes sense and that this is helpful!

Let me start off by saying that this Samsung tv has the most advanced technology, it has a tap the tv corner feature which is awesome (must have samsung smart phone)!!! You can also download an app via android or apple to navigate the tv. The picture quality is AMAZING, it really is Crystal clear!!! I have its settings as it was delivered didn’t move anything, or adjust settings it has auto brightness control so it adapts to surrounding lightning which is very nice. It also comes with an app; Samsung TV plus which lets you enjoy limited Channels, its free TV. It is very easy to navigate and you can also add more apps to your liking. The control is normal size and has the apps like Netflix, prime video, and samsung tv plus so its very simple to move to them. The audio on This Samsung TV is very clear and loud. It also has the option to create/login to a Samsung account which is a Plus is u have smart appliances in your home.
