It a really good t.v. The remote is not for seniors with seeing problems like me, the sound is not the greatest but its good, I cant seem to adjust the picture size maybe its me but doesn't seem adjustable, the colors are perfect, set up was easy i didnt have to screw the legs on! The remote also came with batteries. This is my first Samsung. Ive been a L.G customer for years and have had backlight problems and issues with connectivity, so I'm excited to try Samsung hopefully i will have a good experience and the last thing is the size is perfect for my 60in t.v stand which by the way is now hard to find a 60in t.v.

Very good picture for a budget-priced 60Hz TV, and the audio works very well with my Vizio sound bar surround set-up. Very thick bass. Lots of smart TV apps to access streaming content. My main criticism is the vague, nondescript remote that needs a tutorial to figure out how to use it. There are third-party remotes available for purchase, but this shouldn't be necessary. (And trying to create a Samsung account for additional streaming content has been difficult.)

Love our new Samsung TV! We have purchased Samsung TVs in the past and always been happy with them. This TV has the multiple Samsung free tv channels (all types of genres as well as music channels) that you only need internet to access!! We also have it connected to an outside antenna for even more free stations. We also have Netflix and Prime and some free apps. So we have a wide variety of choices. The only thing we don’t care for is the small remote with very few buttons, it is a bit difficult to use as you have to go to settings to access a lot of functions. Fortunately all our other Samsung tv remotes work with it, even the ones that came with our older “Anynet” Samsung TVs. We have had Samsung TVs for over 20 years and they all still work. We got this for the larger screen size and extra Samsung free stations. Great picture out of the box, still you can customize it to your liking.

Good picture, seemed fairly easy to set up and hook up. Only dislike is the base... last tv had a swivel type base (Similar to photo 2) to turn it if needed. This one is more difficult to adjust since has v-legs on both ends. (photo 1). Purchased it and had it installed in less than 2 hours just in time to watch the big football game that night!!

We bought this TV to increase the size and still fit the area it is mounted in. We have only had it for a month and have been really enjoying it's beautiful picture and smart features. It's really cool to see the TV from 30 feet away and be able to read smaller words from that distance. It had a really great Black Friday listing at Best Buy and so far it has given us what we need.

I haven't bought a TV in over a decade so a lot has changed! This one was easy to set up, user friendly, the picture is very clear. It's bright and the pictures are so vivid. The one thing I have noticed is sound volumes seem to go up and down depending on channel or streaming platform but I feel like that goes with any TV. My friends all recommended Samsung, so I understand why!

This TV has brought remarkable viewing with its crystal clear picture and good sound for TV’s as they go these days. Make sure to purchase Geek Squad as we did not the first purchase and it stopped working after 15 days and the return policy is at 14 days. Best Buy store in Myrtle Beach, SC graciously allowed us to exchange for same one or another model we stayed with same model and added Geek Squad protection for 4 years. Just in case, but there multiple things that’s could cause a defect in electronics, shipping, handling of product of maybe even Samsung had a random defect. I have used Samsung TV’s for years this is a great TV if you are looking for a “better” not most expensive but not bottom of the line from a good, better, best category goes, I like enhanced technology but can’t afford best due to budget at times. 58” looked much bigger than our previous 55”. Highly recommend Best Buy for all your electronic purchases! Tizen adds free channels from Samsung TV plus app preinstalled as well.

I love my new TV! Great picture, easy to use features, and unlike a lot of the other reviews, I don’t think the remote control is too small. It would be nice if it were back lit, but it isn’t a big deal to me. I think the sound quality could be better, but I’m planning on adding a sound bar so that should make it better.

I bought the tv a while ago and I have nothing but positive things to say about it. We installed the tv and comparing it to our older one its a major upgrade because of the bigger size, the more vibrant colors, and the resplandant graphics. I absolutely recommend this model to anyone who wants an upgrade.

I recently purchased this TV and I’m really happy with it. The picture quality is sharp, the colors are vibrant, and the sound is surprisingly clear without needing extra speakers. Setup was quick and easy, and the smart features work smoothly. It’s been a great upgrade for my home, and I’d definitely recommend it.

Love the size, color and ease of use, but the volume level is horrible..even at 100 volume it is not blasting loud- my old samsung stayed at 29- my daily level is now 60!

Colors are great picture is sharp. I turn off the true motion or whatever they call it and the network connection is only a 100 MBPS cat connection so I use my WiFi. The 100 isn't good if your using Xbox live on their gaming service. It's also a major irritation to pay for a TV and be forced to have ads in certain portions of the TV interface. Also the light is edge lighting so if for example the screen is all black it is a whiter black at the edge vs. the center. With a more expensive TV you would have backlit and the coloring would be even so you could adjust better.

Easy set up! Great picture! This TV replaced one I purchased in 2011. Samsung TVs are the best!

I bought the Samsung Tizen 4k ultra smart tv. It shipped within 24 hours & delivered in 48 hours. The old tv was removed & the new tv was set up by 2 very savvy, professional & courteous technicians. They made sure that not only the tv worked properly, but also set up my gaming ststems & firestick. They even wore booties when they came into my home. I am very happy with the tv, the picture is perfect. Would highly recommend this tv & Best Buy

I love it the picture quality is excellent, the way it displays the menu from apps is nicely layed out the sound quality is good but I t can do a little better alrhough a soundbar can fix that, the tv I would highly recommend it to anyone crisp display on screen

I will NEVER buy electronics (including my TVs) from anywhere but BEST BUY!!!! I had an issue with the picture on my 2-3 yr old TV and because of the extended warranty, it was a simple as answering some questions, and they are replacing it with a nicer/bigger TV with ZERO problems!!!! They are delivering the new TV and taking away the old one so I am ZERO inconvenienced!! Customer Service is AMAZING!!
