Great picture, great fit. Bought an open box, got it home set up, screen was cracked called Best Buy they were very accommodating and returned with no problem. Upgraded to a new one, so pleased with the whole process.

Sound, Sound, Sound....awful! You have to have the volume cranked up, especially while streaming ir watching recorded shows. I also don't appreciate all the " channel clutter", when you first turn on. Set up could be easier, older people might have problems. Picture itself is good for price range. Price is average.

Very pleased with purchase. Color and contrast is intense. Sound quality is good, even without an external sound bar. Our only complaint is the remote. It is tiny and very hard to see the buttons, especially in low light. The lack of contrast (almost all black on black base) is a real miss in my book.
