The only problem we had was that the set-up instructions were very limited. We talked to the store where we purchased it and the associate was very helpful to get it set up. Then we needed to call Spectrum for set up with their app and how to use it. Little complicated at first, but now we know how to operate it and are enjoying it.

Customer support thru Samsung blames Spectrum, and Spectrum blames Samsung. Neither will attempt to fix the problem. Picture quality is great. Added a Samsung sound bar for excellent sound. Remote is not the easiest to navigate. Wish I would have went with another model.
