Frequently will not connect to Wi-Fi. Several times a week it forgets the login to my apps. I am going to see if i can return it.

First, please ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update.
Next, try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.

Smart tv features work smoothly and give me access to the things i need. I'm using a sound bar so i can't comment on the tv speakers. Very satisfied with the TV, especially for the price. Only regret is wish i had bedn able to get the 60" version, but it was not available yet when we bought.

The volume is low compared to any other tv I've purchased. Also wasn't aware that Samsung has greyed out the option to stop or allow ZOOM. TV just stays on on standard. They definitely need to change that. All the YouTube videos shown definitely did not change or help with altering that.

Thank you for sharing your experience with low volume on the TU690T TV. Please know there are several volume features you can adjust, which may improve your audio experience.
1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume.
2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound.
3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > Sound > Sound Mode
Also, some sources have their own volume control, which might need to be set higher. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again.

Great Value 58' Smart TV

I really like the interface with all the apps, YouTube TV, Amazon Prime Video, Samsung TV, HBO Max. I can get 1080p resolution with no video chopping. As with most TV's the sound is average, will get a Samsung sound bar soon. Overall this TV is a fantastic value.
