I have had no issues setting this tv up. The picture quality was excellent. This is my actual first smart tv, since I've had my previous tv for 17 years (it was also a Samsung :) ) I tend to be loyal to a brand that has never been a problem for me. It's also a lot bigger than my previous tv, which is a treat. The price was perfect since I didn't want to spend too much on it. It was actually cheaper than the one I bought all those years ago. Would definitely recommend purchasing this one.

Bought this tv to replace my older samsung that i bought in 2018. You would think it would be a upgrade right? I for sure have had to got a defective model. The upoer screen has backlight bleeding, and on black screens i see whiting effects still present. The U.I is really un responsive. Ive purchased numerous samsung tvs and this one has let me down. My hisense i bought blows this out the water. Besides all that, the picture quality is decent and hi refresh rate is a plus (upgrade from previous tv) the size is something i wanted however there isnt much in this sizing. Will probably go back to a 55” and get something with better quality or warranty this one out

Overall I like the TV, however I can no longer control the volume of my bluetooth speakers through the remote like I could on my LG TV. I have spent a lot of time trying to resolve the issue to no avail :( I do love the size and picture of the TV but I hope Samsung makes their audio more like LGs so it will work seamlessly.

This is our 4th Samsung in our home and went to the primary bedroom. Its perfect for the 16x18 room. Good crisp picture, easy interface, and you get use to the remote. Add in the price, support and reputation - its hard beat this deal. Highly recommend for the budget minded or starter Smart TV.

Its a tv with great color and an app store with all kinds of choices. It could use more connections for peripherals and it also needs an optical output but all in all its a great tv and does what its advertised to do... stream media....

My father was looking for a new TV since his last one (also a Samsung, lasted for 6-7 years) had recently started to fail, so we ended up getting this one for him. It was a bit of a tedious process at first since as soon as we powered it on it displayed a QR code to download the associated app, but once we got that going, the rest of the set up was very straightforward. Once we connected to the internet, we were able to test out the TV for a bit, however, when I tried to download another app, I kept on getting errors about the "Smart Hub being updated" and to try again later. I just treated it as part of the initial process of setting up any electronic, so I didn't mind much. Overall, the image quality looks great, especially when you consider the cost, and the performance overall seems pretty snappy, with little to no delay. It's a good option if you're looking for a TV at a decent budget. Just be prepared for the initial setup to be a bit slow.

This was purchased as a Christmas present for my father, so we just got it set up yesterday, 12/26. So far, the TV appears to be just what we were looking for; however, the remote control appears to be completely useless. My dad is 91 years old and we were hoping for something a bit more easy to use (the volume control and channel selector seem a bit difficult for him to use), so now we will attempt to find an easier to use universal remote, as the included remote cannot control his cable box. Otherwise, sound is good, picture is excellent, and we turned off all Smart TV options since my dad would have no clue how to use them, so now it's just a TV for him, which is what we wanted.

Good purchase for the price. Picture quality is crisp. Also has good speaker quality as the sound is pretty loud even on the lower volumes. One or two cons is that i wish it had more than 2 hdmi ports and sometimes when turning the sound up or down, there is a delay.

Working perfectly, nice picture and features , had limited height space above the fireplace and 58 fit perfectly with the soundbar.

It was easy to set up. Picture looks very good, excellent. Just the right size any bigger would have been to big for the room, and yet the one we had was to small.

The picture is great but the app process is so crazy its hard to navigate and i really just got frustrated and bought a cheap roku for 8 to use my apps other then that great tv and the size is perfect for a bedroom sound is great also

Samsung tv has a sharp picture, is thin and lightweight.

Good picture quality and light weight. Don't care that there is only 2 HDMI ports though. Got sound bar for easier hearing capability.
