You have to download an app that has to connect, and messes up, and you'll have to troubleshoot. It's too much, but if you have a lot of Samsung electronics, the app may be great; I just don't have other Samsung electronics. The remote is fine, I'm getting used to it, but it's poorly designed in my opinion. Plus, there was a barcode sticker directly on the tv that took me a while to remove with careful effort in order not to damage the TV. There's still sticker residue on the tv that you can see during darker scenes while watching.

Thank you for your feedback. It sounds like there may still be a protective film on your TV. If your Samsung TV has a protective film on the screen, it will be clearly marked with an orange tab in a corner of the screen, along with an illustration showing how to safely remove it.
If you do not see an orange tab, that means there is no protective film, and attempting to peel anything off may damage the screen itself. What may appear to be a film is actually part of the screen's design or finish.
