Have had this oven for a few days now and am really happy with the purchase. 1st the unit looks amazing! We have the regular stainless steel version and it just pops in the kitchen. So glad to have a gas range back in the house, it heats up the pans so quickly and evenly. The double oven seems like it will come in handy, especially during the holidays. My only drawback would be the app. Maybe I haven't fihured it out yet but it would be nice to be able to start/preheat the oven remotely from the app. From what I understand you can't do that. If I find out you can or they update the app to make it possible I'd give it a 5 star rating, no question.

I couldn't love my new Samsung double oven more!!!! I always wished I had a double oven, and now I do! I love how you can remove the middle divider if you want to use the whole oven at once for whatever reason (like when I made multiple cakes at a time) or for the amazing air-fry feature! I love the wheel and touch screen! I LOVE how it does not have an ugly control panel sticking up in back like my old one (and every other open I ever had)!! So sleek and minimalist! But not only that--it vents a lot more and has much more cooking area because of this! Having the ability to actually use all the burners at once is a game changer! And the super hot burner is a huggggge game changer! I can cook 7 lbs of cut of chicken, for example --which is something I do a couple times a week---in just a few minutes, vs 30-40 minutes! The other burner is much hotter and therefore, faster cooking, than my old range too! This saves me so much time, and makes cooking actually enjoyable! I just love it sooo much! Also, it doesn't fingerprint and streak! It really is easy to clean!

Appearance of Range We received the oven and the delivery team was great. The delivery team unboxed the range in our kitchen so we know they did not damage the unit. After the delivery team left I was able to remove all of the protective plastic from the oven and my wife noticed two dents in the top left portion of the oven above the left control knob's. We are not sure why the new range has dents in the metal. This is disappointing. Cooking We realize that we'll need to get use to the new oven but we've destroyed a lasagna dish as well as a pizza due to over cooking. The lasagna was turned into a brick on convection cooking at 375 for less than 50 mins and in our old gas oven we cooked the dish at 400 for 60 mins. We've also burned a pizza by using the upper range to cook. I suspect it is too close to the open gas flame in the upper compartment. Over all the range is nice in appearance with the exceptions of the dents and we'll have to get use to cooking with the new heat source. Overall thoughts We'd recommend the range for others but as with any new item you have to adjust and learn how it works and ensure we don't destroy too many other meals.

I love my new stove and double oven! It’s so wonderful to be able to take out the middle divider in the oven and transform it from 2 smaller ovens into 1 regular size oven for larger cooked items, such as a turkey. The convection/air fryer makes your food so crispy without all the added calories and you can cook at least double the amount you can cook in an XL air fryer. I would DEFINITELY recommend this oven:)

Great Stove double oven duo door. Lots of electronics and features. Will bake, time bake and bake to a temperature with a probe and then shutdown. The upper oven is the larger one. It has a griddle and stir-fry wok ring holder. The griddle is too narrow at 7 inches for me. I purchased an aftermarket 14 inch wide griddle. Much better. Best Buy did a super job. Everything was as advertised. It was delivered on time and installed in 30 minutes.

My wife is a huge Samsung fan and we recently moved from a home with all new Samsung appliances. We only had the Flex Refrigerator when we got to our new home so I wanted to surprise my Bride when she went on vacation and I picked this up to install it. At first everthmything backfired as I did not realize that the range I was removing was dual fuel. Though I have heard good things about dual fuel I do prefer the simplicity and efficience of a traditional gas range. Above the range I had an old hood for ventilation but the issue I had was that my breaker panel was full and I had no room to swap out the hood for an above the range microwave. SO..... I watched some youtube videos and yanked out the dual fuel unit, converted my breaker panel from 220v back to 110v and added two new outlets on a 20amp circuit and Iow and behold I was able to gain a slot back on my breaker panel and put the microwave and oven on a shared circuit since gas ranges use little electricity. My wife loves the set up and the range. This is our first range with two ovens as we had the single prior. So far so good. My only three concerns about this range are the following. 1. I am concerned the griddle BYU's are still to low for cooking area. Samsung has struggled with this in the past. 2. Going with a gas oven with dual oven loses .3 cu ft of space. All other similar models are still 6.3 cu fr. This is only 6.0. 3. The slide in does not have any sort of counter overlap it butts up to the counter but not over at all. This may cause more spill over down the sides.

Excellent stove! Easy to use end nice for big family! Súper bien!

Easy clean up, easy to use, and cooks like a dream! We have a big family and cook for an army. My family has really enjoyed using this thing to the fullest from the 6 burner cook top to the air fryer. We have used the dual oven cooking brownies and casserole at the same time!! Makes cooking full course meals so easy❤️

This is my dream stove/oven. The Samsung double oven works just as it is said to, with doi flex option of having a single oven or dual. The panel in front is very clear and easy to use. The top burners controls are very visual and light up when each burner is on. I am extreamly pleased at this purchase and looking forward to years of enjoyment

Absolutely amazing!! Very powerful, easy conversion to propane and just an overall user friendly experience so far. This is my VIKING, Thermador or Bertazzoni without the crazy price tag. Extra my pleased ans looking forward to one amazing thanksgiving dinner!!

Sales Process was good. We received the unit through Best Buy delivery with the unit slightly dented. I was able to also get credit for the damage and had a price reduction within the date of purchased and delivery.

Great purchase. Looks and works beautifully. Best part of this smart stove is the duo oven with air fryer. It does it all!

Me and my Wife love this natural gas wifi cook stove everything on it works better the top of the stove burners they burn higher and lower than any cook stove I have ever had. The single oven or double oven whatever you want it just works better than any oven I have ever had. The convection oven works better than any convection oven I have ever had. I had a $2000 Jenn-Air cook stove in the 90s I had a top of the line Maytag cook stove in 2011 $1200 this Samsung just replaced it.

Absolutely the best gas stove I have ever owned; it does anything you could possibly want or need to do. It is a must to read the manual (download on line) and keep it handy so that you master your new stove to its fullest capabilities, and then you will love love love it. Additionally Best Buy makes it so easy to purchase on line with their superior customer service and step by step directions.

We love this a range and have literally used every function so far! The Air Fryer is amazing! I also never realized how handy true convection is! The single or double or large single oven functions are awesome especially when cooking dishes at different temperatures. It’s also stylish and Samsung SmartThings is handy to have. Not only do we get alerts on our phones but also on our Frame TV!!!

This stove was my dream, and today I made it true!! I bought it as a gift of my birthday!! I am so happy. Now I can cook many kinds of dishes I could not do it before. Don't hesitate, it is the best on all lists of stoves.
