I give this only 4 stars because there are a few design flaws that I have discovered since purchasing. We finally purchased this new stove because our electric stove of 20+ years finally kicked the bucket. Adjusting to gas was a bit tricky but I do love a gas stove. The middle griddle plate has to be removed when you want to use a larger pan (like a 12" saute or 10" skillet) if you don't remove it the pans will be off center of the bunner. I thought I would love the dual oven but you have to be careful what you really want to cook in the top or bottom. For example, we did a pizza in the top portion. The crust didn't get cooked well because the heat comes from the top to solve that problem I purchased a pizza stone that gets heated up to 450 then put the pizza on the stone it helps to sear the crust. I do like that when you are not using the stove it goes into a sleep mode to save energy.

I love the stove. My favorite feature is the knob on the front that controls whatever feature I need to use. I don't have to press anything, just lightly touch the touch screen. I also love the double oven. I have used it several times since purchasing this stove.

We purchased this stove and so far very happy with how it performs. A little disappointed that there was not a lot of material included on how to operate and use all the different functions of this stove. We had to find most of the operating functions from the internet. We learn something new every time we use it. Both the stove and oven perform very well. The stove burners all work very well. The flex duo oven does take some getting use to. It is a great feature to have the flexibility of 2 ovens. Make sure when using the upper oven you need to be aware the broiler burner is primary. We have used the air fry feature several times and it works great. Also, the griddle is very good, would recommend seasoning it before using to minimize sticking. It’s a bit pricey however it is more of a high end stove. We will have to see how it holds up over time

Love the burners and cooked the Thanksgiving turkey in the oven. The split oven is a new feature for our family but we hope to use it a lot for pizzas/breads etc...The griddle has seen a lot of bacon so far with my kids. Great purchase so far.

Purchased Samsung appliances in a bundled package, so I have not had all the appliances delivered, only the slide in gas range and have hardly used it. Looks beautiful in our kitchen, and seems like it would be a great appliance, (fingers-crossed).

Bought this Range as a part of my new Samsung Kitchen package recently. My free in home consultation was great and ultimately led me to this purchase decision. Love the gas stove top, high quality burners and performance. The wifi connection through the app is super useful, as well as the backlit knobs indicating if burners are on. I came from a double electric oven prior, and have to say I do prefer electric. This gas stove emits a decent amount of heat from the back vent. Also is taking a while to adjust and learn my cooking temps and durations for recipes. Storage drawer underneath is nice. Stores the included griddle and air fry basket. BTW, love the air fry feature, can accommodate much more than stand alone air fryers. Well built and good quality oven. Love the fingerprint resistant stainless!

After 3 years, with nothing more than soap and water cleaning, the stainless steel is peeling on the bracket surrounding the controls. See photos. I suspect it is a defective part but cannot get Samsung to allow me to speak to anyone. Repair folks have no idea what to do. only happing to this appliance and this bracket.

Love the stove with its full and clever features however the installers did not level the stove or install the anti tip bracket. The WiFi feature via Alexia is very limited however the Samsung app is complete and easy to use.

I love having options! I love having the flexibility of getting to choose between a full oven or double oven! And the booster burner is amazing!

I love cooking on this stove. Cooks evenly and my cakes comes out perfect. Enjoy the self-cleaning feature and it is easy to operate.

Excellent range by Samsung. We decided to buy this range because of its features. Air frying is an option and this range is very elegant.

We love the upper half oven for making cookies and pizza - we do find we have to lower the temperature a bit as it cooks extra fast in the smaller space. The airfryer is great as well.

Very cool range. Love the burner sizes and the way the oven has half door and full door access. Very good looking and goes perfectly with the whole line of products.

Havent really used it yet. Excited to do so. Always wanted gas.love the 2 oven option.glad not to hav3e a panel on the back of the stove.

This stove is amazing!! Love having two ovens and it being connected to Wi-Fi and having an app on my Phone

Love it! Only issue is converting to propane was a bit of a pain on the specialty burner and the oven. Need to have a 7mm socket or wrench. Easy learning curve on most ops haven't tried the wi-fi yet

Great product! You can cook two different meals in the oven at the same time without worrying about temperature or flavor mixing. Also you can use your phone to check how is the cooking process going.

Loved the double oven part but wanted it to be two separate ovens just not separated by a tray.

It nice product, works well, and is worth the money I very recommend to buy this stove haven't had any problems been using it since 2022

It's a great range - I think there's lots more capabilities I haven't tried yet, but I am excited to! So far, I've used all my burners and they are working fine for me. The front right burner boils water in less than 8 minutes (as of my latest time check). I've used the top oven more so than the bottom... Bread Proof - standard comes at 95F and it's great for someone like me who enjoys baking. The only annoying thing I will complain about is having to take the oven divider in and out... I don't have a place to store the large divider while it's out. I really wanted a double oven, but it was out of stock so we opted for this style. I hope it will grow on me.
