Great stove! The cooktop works great. The double oven is awesome!

Love everything about it and it is easy to clean up

The range it's nice, however I haven't been able to figure out the air fry function. I've used it a couple times and nothing has come out as expected. The manual is not helpful at all, but the function of the range it's super good. I love that it cooks things in a breeze.

Love the double oven versatility. After going to gas from electric it feels more like restaurant cooking.

Excellent quality and the feature of integrate by Wi-Fi is great because is another element of my smart house.

Really like this model. The knob on the front is a pain when cleaning though.

I really REALLY want to love this new range, but sadly, I don’t! The instructions are so vague we have to go to YouTube for answers! I purchased this for two reasons-dual oven and the air fryer. The air fry basket needs to have a drip tray with it and it needs to be larger than the basket. What a mess we’ve made with spills. I had to go to YouTube week 3 to learn how to clean this mess! Because the over range microwave we bought with it has a terrible venting system, we set off smoke alarms all over our home and our house still smells bad! Photos are after steam cleaning twice! You cannot use the temperature probe in air fry mode, so our chicken keeps coming out raw! This range is NOT a worth the fancy price at all!!!!

A very expensive range with low quantity parts and construction. The lower drawer is extremely flimsy. The top of the unit under the burners is extremely easy to scratch and does not clean up well. As for the burner grates the coating is already starting to come off. It does heat and cook well however we are very concerned about what this will look like with continued daily use.

I was so excited to buy this new most expensive stove.what a disappointment.one knob broke down after a month.then after 3 months other knob broke down.Burner broke down.called Samsung to fix it as it was under warranty but they gave me so hard time.never buying Samsung again.

The stove was on fire internally, the flames burned my backsplash and countertop. Samsung refused to replace it, and insisted on repairing it, even though three technicians.P came and diagnose it as repairable, but fire hazard.

After one month the doors broke. I paid a lot and wish they stay longer in good shape.

There things that I absolutely love, like all the different functions and being able to use it as two ovens or one. The top burners are the bomb and I love the middle griddle, although it does take a while to heat up. I love how much bigger the stovetop is compared to drop in and can accommodate bigger skillets. There are things, though, that I wish they would improve upon. First, The knob and the black front are not fingerproof, which is kind of upsetting since it is a pain to clean without it turning off and on. Second, I wish you could use the regular bake cycle on the top rack vs just the bottom or the whole oven. Third, I don't like the fact the oven automatically turns on when you open the oven door, and fourth, which is the biggest irritant for me, is the lack of instructions, like how to use convection vs regular bake, where is the best place to place your air fry pan, where is the best place for the rack when using the top portion only, can I cook on the center portion of the oven, etc. I spent a lot of time looking for YouTube videos for help. Other than that, I would purchase again. It gives you a lot of bang for your buck!

It is a beautiful range and I love the sleek look of the slide in. This is the most expensive stove we have ever bought and performance wise, I am happy with it. (We had a GE Profile gas range). While my weeks of ownership have provided great performance, I have concerns about the longevity or sturdiness of this item. It does seem that things aren't built as sturdy in this day and age, even if you invest several thousand dollars. It concerns me that a manufacturer of this caliber offers such a limited warranty, as I would think they should have more confidence and pride in their products. The drawer at the bottom is a little flimsy feeling and does not seem to match the price point. I am happy to have the drawer for sheet pans, as a lot of stoves do not have one but I do wish it felt like a sturdy addition, versus a cheaply done drawer. Next: we just bought this a few weeks ago and there are a few TINY scratches where the grates go. They did pad the feet, but when you are lifting something that heavy off at least once daily to wipe the stovetop, there is a bit of movement. Stainless steel does pick up scratches and I realize that--I just worry it scratches easily. For example, a crumb fell on the top surface. I thought I could just use my finger to swipe it...but just trying to swipe it away left a tiny scratch. With that said, I find myself "babying" this product as I feel it is fragile and I don't want a $2700 scratched up product in just a few months. For performance, it bakes and cooks extremely well. The largest burner is extremely powerful. It is beautiful inside and out and looks lovely in our kitchen. I hope that statement remains true for a LONG time.

This range has it all; beauty, functionality, and technology. We chose this model based on a few criteria: Is it attractive enough to have prominently displayed in our kitchen? Yes. With the stainless steel and glass exterior, it is indeed very nice to look at. The stainless is fingerprint resistant, and resists smudges. The styling overall screams high end. It matches Samsung's other appliances, so a full suite of Samsung stuff in your kitchen looks VERY high end indeed. Does it have all the functionality we need in what is pretty much the most important appliance in the kitchen? Yes it certainly does and then some. With the flex zone feature, we can bake two things at two different temperatures at the same time. With the air fry feature, we can make tasty, crispy fries and onion rings in a snap. With the convection feature, we are able to cut down on cooking time. Does it have the latest tech? A resounding yes! This oven fits neatly into your smart home ecosystem, even responding to commands from Alexa and Google Home. It communicates via wifi and will even send a push notification to your Samsung television letting you know things like "Done preheating" or "Baking complete". Let me tell you this feature is underrated; we specifically picked our suite of Samsung appliances so they almost all have this feature. You can watch TV and be immediately notified when your household appliances are done doing what they do. The Smart Dial makes selecting it's multitude of functions easy. A menu system responds to a series of turns and taps, much like a high end thermostat. A very intuitive, user friendly way to control with this range. That covers the selection criteria, and how it has fulfilled those criteria.. let's move on to the effectiveness of the range. This thing can cook! Thanksgiving was a breeze! The turkey cooked quickly, the skin was crispy, and the whole thing was moist and delicious. We cooked Wagyu burgers on the griddle cooktop, and they turned out amazing as well. The Air Fryer function made some perfectly crispy fries from a bag of the cheap frozen stuff. The cook top burners are very pretty.. they look well engineered and high end, but they are also extremely functional. The dual mode of the front-right burner is especially helpful for boiling water. I have only 1 complaint about this range, and that is the rear of the range may not have enough room for a protruding gas hookup. We will have to pay to have it relocated.
