Works excellent. It took three times to get it right, the range was damaged three times. It was frustrating and certainly a bad experience, but Best Buy did not attempt to do it right after all the trouble I went through. Scheduling the deliveries to be available three different days. The service is in decay the range is good.

The stove top cooks very evenly and constantly, and looks great in black stainless steel. Easy to clean up.

It’s a stove and it’s burners really heat and burn you just to got to stay vigilant because they push out that gas and this stove works much better then our previous stove. VERY GOOD STOVE

Stove is great it cooks fast and no pre heating. I have the stainless steel and it wipe’s clean without fingerprints. The only thing is it came with No instructions on how to operate it I was lost trying to figure out how to adjust the time, how to use and set the built in air fryer. Scanning the QR code wasn’t working so I had to go to YouTube to figure out how to work the stove and clock

Excellent working gas range. Recently purchased item, it works as expected. A preprinted owner's manual would be a very useful item to help explain various setup functions.

I opted for this model because it has what I wanted plus the area around the burners was stainless steel instead of black. Everything about this gas range screams quality. It has many unusual functions including air fry, 5 different burner sizes as well as dehydrate and bread proofing temperatures for the oven. it has a large double ring burner (17,000 BTU) on the front right corner suitable for an oversize pot to use for something like a large pot of pasta, boiling lobster etc. If you setup the Samsung "smart things" function, you can sync the digital clock to your smartphone so you never have to set the clock! The amount of stainless steel makes this range very easy to keep clean.

I am enjoying my new stove. I found two pieces with scratches and Samsung replaced both very quickly. I have used the air fryer and my chicken came out great. It does take longer then the smaller versions. I used the dehydrate function and it works just fine. The bottom draw glides open very smoothly.
The digital screen is easy to use but I need to put my fan light on to make the verbiage on the controls easier to see.

I got that first with leaking natural gas problem. Leakage was small and gas company found it after second call. Product was replaced, but I did not have a chance to cook for about two weeks. I hope a new one will work good.

Had problems with the one we bought ( maybe manufacturing defect) bestbuy replaced it with out any hassles. Replaced one Works great .

We've waited a long time to finally purchase this stove, we love it so far. Only complaint is just that the "hot eye" and the regular eyes are backwards in my opinion. The regular eye should be on the front right and the hot eye on the back on front left. Other that that it's exactly what we wanted when we upgraded our stove. Plus the griddle is the best addition to my kitchen I've had a in a long time.
