I swear my food tastes better, but that's coming from a 15 year old budget Frigidaire apartment range. Not going to use the non-stick tray that comes over the center burner...ordered one from Lodge. Range looks great. They should have lined the burners up so they were in the center of the available space between egde of grill and middle burner area. Post can get a bit cramped. Biggest gripe is that the alert chimes are totally annoying and long. Everyone hates them, especially my dog. You cannot change it to a simple beep. It's either videogame melody or no sound at all. OK. Done complaining...the burners and over work GREAT! Still trying to figure out timing with the air fryer mode, but that will come in time. The appliance looks great and works very well.

Great stovetop and oven. Li like the smart range app and how it pairs with the appliance. Heats up quickly and the burners are great. I love and hate that when you put the timer on and it goes off there is this loud medley that plays until you come to turn off the timer and or oven. Haven’t figured out how to turn it off from the app yet. The app also alerts you when your oven is done preheating and timer goes off. I like the air fry function. It has prevented me from buying another appliance. A safety feature which is nice but slightly annoying since I at times would use my oven to warm up my apartment (I know not safe but I can’t control my heat. It’s controlled by the building. so sometimes it’s freezing in my place). If you leave the oven door even slightly open the oven will turn off after several minutes. It does get very hot as expected from the oven. I mistakenly left a plastic measuring cup in a silicone baking dish on the stove top towards the back. The heat coming through the oven was so hot it melted my measuring cup. It’s a great appliance. I have no complaints. I have had it since 8/2/2023. So almost 6 months of use when leaving this review. Best Buy did not install this for me. My super did. The delivery was great and easy.

We recently replaced our old gas stove of over 20 years with this Samsung model, and it has been a fantastic upgrade! The 6.0 cu. ft. oven capacity gives us plenty of room, making it perfect for family meals and holiday baking. The convection feature cooks evenly, and the built-in air fryer works great without needing any preheat time—saving both time and effort. The WiFi connectivity is a cool bonus. It allows us to control and monitor the oven remotely, which has been surprisingly handy. Plus, the stainless steel finish adds a sleek, modern touch to our kitchen. Overall, it’s been a wonderful experience so far. If you're looking to replace an older model like we did, this range is an excellent choice for both functionality and aesthetics!

Great easy to clean product, and great instore service!!

It cooks like a CHAMP!! Heard quickly and cooks everything evenly. I’m still learning the app and control features, but so far we are VERY happy with it!! Well worth the money for the upgraded version. BB’s installation crew was top notch as well!! Very good care of the house from the door to kitchen and installation. Cleaned everything up and asked if there was anything additional they could do for us while they were here!

Easy to use, nice even temperature. Airfry option is much better than countertop gadgets.

We’ve been enjoying our new convection range for a few months now, and we really love it. We were so happy with it that we convinced a relative to buy one, too. The burners are really good. They are different sizes to accommodate different heat needs. One is a double burner. Wave your hand over the double burner as you light it so that the outer ring will light. (As I did throughout my childhood on my mother’s 1940s O’Keefe & Merritt range.) Thoven is just fantastic. You’ll really appreciate the convection oven, since it does such a nice job of keeping the temperature even. If there’s a caveat here, it’s that the app is fairly lame. It’s very annoying when the oven reaches its set temperature, and there’s no way to set it to notify you just once. It sends four notifications with loud beeps. I sometimes think about deleting the app and turning off WiFi, but it is a useful safety precaution, and it does provide the means to remotely turn off the oven, so I put up with it. Be aware that the app can’t control the surface burners. Overall, this is great. I recommend it. Be sure you get the one with the stainless steel top, though. You can scrub that one for days and it’ll be fine. There’s one with a black top for a few dollars less, that I think people should avoid.

After 27 years of using our gas range since we moved into our house, we decided to replace it. On thanksgiving our over the range Samsung microwave oven blew out after only about 10 years. Since we were at Best Buy on Black Friday, we decided to replace both cooking appliances. It was a good decision. The new features such as easy clean surface, Wi-Fi operation, griddle burner in center of surface area and different sizes of burners are great. I have not used Air Fry or convection features yet. I need to take time to look up info on the online manual. The stainless steel range itself looks great and matches the stainless steel microwave oven for a perfect look in our small kitchen. So far, we're happy cooking and baking in our new Samsung appliances!

I love this range/oven. I don’t know why we waited so long. My old gas range/oven was very old school and weak. This oven is accurate and even cooking. The air fryer is great to have built in. My favorite thing is the burners. One is great for maintaining a simmer, one is similar to what I used to have, and two of them are super powerful - I think they are 18,000 BTU. This is great for frying, stir frying, using a WOK. You name it, it has the right burner strength. Plus it has a griddle in the center. I’m in heaven!

We have wanted a gas range for years and we finally did it with the fantastic help from Arthur and Brandon at the Burlington,NC store! They did so much to make our previous refrigerator purchase a great success, that we naturally chose Best Buy to purchase our range. We LOVE our gas range and quiet convection oven. So many options and conveniences. We both love to cook and look forward to lots of years of trying new recipes with the no-preheat air fry and cooking for our family gatherings. I make bread and having a bread proof option and dehydrator were bonus selling points for me. Using a stainless steel cleaner makes cleanup a sinch!! Their 3rd party installation team was fast and efficient! Having TotalTech through Best Buy gives us security should there be a problem, we are confident it will be solved.

I always go in to local store in Green Acres Mall. A young man named Jabar helped me as always get want I knew I wanted. I had no oven for a few years. As a senior I treasure hands on service he is my AI for the future live my purchase. Food is done so quickly and I can air fry and I recd a 100 gift card. Thank you and make sure my AI stays put I treasure him.

Works as expected, smooth design for stove top and oven makes cleaning it much easier. Only complaint is the display is blue LED and can’t change it, makes it hard to read.
