I had a very bad experience with a big box store in the past. The delivery/install team kept me informed with the schedule thru out the whole process!

There was some sort of computer issue. Samsung sent a repair man out and fixed it and it is fine now.

With very little explaining, my mom is happy up and cooking with the top burners, and she likes the huge oven space. She is not familiar with the WiFi options but that's OK.
