Needed to have it installed by someone else and he also hauled the old stove away. You were notified! The money for the installation and hauling away needs to be refunded to me and still has not been done. A REFUND PLEASE!

The control panel stopped working. ( without it the stove is usless). It is out of warranty, they refuse to make it right. They don't have a repair facility any where near Princeton, Ky. In short, I am stuck with a $ 1,059.99 piece of junk. BUYER BE AWARE OF THIS BEFORE BUYING A SAMSUNG GAS KITCHEN RANGE !!!!!

Delivery and install awful.

Did not know this at the time, my neighbor told me later that day. Neighbour wanted to know what was wrong with them. Have warranty if needed. Terrible delivery, NEVER agian!

We had to wait 2 months for this range and it seems to be working fine but one of the burners wouldnt turn on and then the same burner its stuck and doing the ticking sound. I wouldn’t buy it again
